Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The photos shown seem to be for two different properties and are very misleading. The accommodation at the actual place being booked is of poor quality and the staff seem like they can't be bothered with anything. The wildlife walk was pointless. Would not recommend this place.

Nothing to review

We never stayed in the place. There was a security at the gate who gave us keys and we had to figure out where the accommodation was. We left and checked in at a hotel in town. Can I please get a refund of what I paid?
