Had a joining room and the other room had at least 6 ppl that made a lot of noise while they were leaving at 11-11: 30 pm. It was too late to ask for another room, had to be at the hospital at 5:30am. Probably won't stay here again.

Not a great experience.
Hotel is in poor condition. It wasn’t very clean and the staff, though friendly, did not provide very good customer service.

Enjoyed the stay. Comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One bit of misinformation however: This hotel does *not* accept ANY credit or debit cards that do not have a chip. No swiping. Also, they DO accept cash. Hotels.com/Expedia show the policy as follows: ***"This property accepts credit cards. Cash is not accepted."*** The website policy information is INCORRECT and should be changed immediately.

Decent place to stay but they are doing work so on our floor was random mattresses and box springs in the halls. The tub was scraped and didnt look clean. Staff was nice

We only needed someplace to sleep for 8 hours. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. It wasn’t anything super fancy but it fit our needs well and was close to our destination.

The front desk staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The floors (Carpet and bathroom tiles) were not cleaned and looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The touch points were dirty. Luckily I brought my Clorox wipes and slippers. It's a decent hotel for the price.

The hotel ran out of pillows and blankets. We had no blanket for the sofa sleeper, had to buy our own. There were 2 HUGE stains on the sofa sleeper.

It was so gross and dirty. The shower head was black with mold, my husband’s socks were black after walking around in the room. The bathroom floor was all sticky and there were dirt and grime everywhere. The parking was awful. The toilet seat kept coming unsnapped and moving.

Do not stay here
The shower wouldn’t drain, whatsoever. There was random hair all over the bed. & there was no soap whatsoever in the bathroom. They also require you to pay an extra $150 upfront to checking in for “insurance” which wasn’t stated anywhere before hand. I will not be staying in a Comfort Inn again.

I'm sorry about your stay. Yes we had some hurdles last week with temporary staffing. I am so sorry. As for the shower it drains there is just a different type of drain you may have been unaware of. Its shaped like a disk up to let water out laying flat to hold in water for bathing. The 150 is for incidentals. Every hotel takes it whether listed or not. It is always wise to call before arriving anywhere to check all the angles at any hotel

The room was clean on the surface but walking on the floor in socks made the dirty. The toilet had a leak and sink had a slow drain. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Surrounding area a bit rough.

Yes you paid a Third Party which does not inform you that the hotel will hold a refundable 150. for incidentals. You get it back, but it covers the hotel as such like insurance.
