It’s in a very run-down, dangerous neighborhood with no real ability to walk to anything safely. The rooms are not sound proof. The beds were not very comfortable.

I had to mention that we stayed in Room 236. It was a nice upgrade to a king suite, however. I believe it is located right above the indoor swimming pool and any noise activity going on seems to echo into that room. There was a night that the PA/music system was left on and quite loud until 230-3a. I did call the front desk and they turned it off, but that wasn't ideal and affected sleeping that night. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Location was convenient for my need. Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, but beds are too hard for me. I did not like the loud party going on in lobby during one of my nights of stay.

Booked this property because it was a bit more affordable than others. UNTIL the hotel charged us $50 per night for parking!!!!! That's insane considering there was plenty of parking in the area. It was not included in the booking information AND we weren't told about the fee when we checked into the hotel. So angry about this!

Two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. In fact, this is one of the few places that I can say the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated my business.
