We checked in. Immediately you could tell it was a situation where they've tried to make the property look nicer/updated, but all around the updates things were very old and messed up. It didn't smell great. The front desk woman was kind, very soft spoken and unsure of things, but very nice. We went to our first room and my son immediately noticed there were SEVERAL hairs all over the bed/sheets. Then I checked the other bed and there was an actual dead bug under the covers on the sheet. So at that point, I went downstairs and asked for a refund and told her we'd go somewhere else. She said we booked through a third party site so they couldn't give us a refund. I asked for a 2nd room and we would go from there. We go to the 2nd room, and it was worse than the first one. There was something splattered all over the wall/wall art that wasn't attempted to be cleaned at all. You could tell there had been something all over the headboards as well as it was not fully cleaned, it was just like smeared as they tried to wipe it but didn't fully clean it all off. I genuinely could not stay here and feel comfortable enough to sleep. I called my husband (my son & I were out of town for an event he had) he said find another place to stay, I'll send the money. So we did. I went downstairs, told the front desk lady that we just could not stay here and I would be in contact with Expedia about our refund. We went 10 minutes down the road, found a much much cleaner place for $7 more.

Everything was okay the first night. Second night was awful. All night long, and up to atleast 4 in the morning you could hear people in the upstairs room above us walking/jumping around. I called the front desk to tell them, but it never stopped. I dont believe it was just the people, but the structure of the place and condition as to why you could hear so much. Day one okay, day two was awful, no sleep lol.

This hotel has some very kind staff, but overall is poorly redone and is in an area with many vacant commercial buildings. To be fair, I walked in, saw the room, and walked out… But there are much better/safer options nearby that don’t cost much more.

I don’t usually write reviews, Dirty, Rude Staff, and breakfast was a joke, there is a bucket of hard boiled eggs. The only plus side it’s a decent part of town.

This was a terrible experience. The rooms were dirty and smelled like weed. There was a clump of hair in the bed. The sink would not drain. We left and did not stay.

Police were present when we arrived. The first room smelled like smoke Asked to change. Got a room where the bathroom ceiling was covered in water marks, looked gross. The bathroom fan had a broken bearing and sounded like it was screaming at me when it was turned on. Right outside my door was a fire alarm whose battery was dying and it chirped every five minutes all night long for two nights straight.

It was ok.
The fridge wasnt cold and wouldnt keep our fridge items cold. Then we heard how someone went into another persons room at night so we decide not to stay another night. It was hard to sleep as well.

Great place for the cost. Location is good - felt very safe, close to food and shopping. Staff here is excellent - very positive experiences with everyone!! Breakfast was good, but they were out of things toward the end of the breakfast time.

Fridge made noise. Advertise is a non-smoking establishment however you can tell that it had smoked in before as you can smell the of it. Reported to the front desk that I believe there was a smoker on my floor and said unless the fire alarm goes off is nothing to do about it. Can hear loud music and talking by the rear exit. The rare exit door is unlocked. We requested two boxes of Kleenex and the only brought one. The bathtub itself looked like a grinder got to it with scratch spots all over it. Terrible caulking job around the tub. There is only one switch for the light and fan for the bathroom. The fan is extremely noisy. The refrigerator extremely efficient however the Wi-Fi is not strong. The beds are comfortable in the air conditioning system was accurate and efficient. Continental breakfast was very good but there were no milk cartons.

Crappy visit
Well when we arrived at the hotel, we pulled the comforter out of the way and the top sheet had spots on it. Then the next morning we found what was left of a marijuana joint. Tired to talk with the manager of the hotel, no luck. Tried to talk to reps at hotels.com to get a refund and no luck. Will never use the service again.

Boasts a fitness center but there is none. Lots of drug use and loitering in area. Unsafe for families. Also book a room that sleeps for but we’re given one bed and extra bedding and was told to sleep on the floor. The place is run down and dirty. Breakfast was heated frozen biscuits and juice machine was out. NOT WORTH IT!
