I am a Cincinnati Native and am in this part of the city often. My sister works at the hospital. We needed a quiet getaway to break up the monotony of our routine lives. She visited with me 3 nights and stayed for one those in order to sleep. This was the perfect, quiet spot, surprisingly, in spite of peaceful protests, Covid 19, and rioting. I was able to enjoy sitting on the balcony in the late afternoons and evenings. The rehab of this property was nicely done. I had not recognized it from years past! (My retired Opthalmalogists' building sits across the street.) The neighborhood is very walkable. My sister could have walked to work if, she'd wanted.
Miss Marie was very attentive to any questions that arose.
We would be very inclined to rent this property again and I want to rent one more night but, it was no longer available.
The only thing that could be considered a negative to some, might be the ants. They were no bother to me. I kept to myself and they kept to themselves. Also, there seemed to beeping coming from the Dining room closet. I was told that it was from the vacuums. It was a little annoying but, I was there to rest and relax and stayed upstairs and on the balcony most of the time anyway, so, no biggie.
It was nice not to have to hear TVs, stereos, husband, nor children talking/playing. Mostly, just me and Jesus!
