“Great place to stay for a Reds game. Close to restaurants and attractions. Room was great and they offered an upgrade at check in. Carpets seemed to be pretty dirty but everything else was clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We have stayed here twice now and would return.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Check in was quick. It was a short walk to Great American Ballpark. Right around the corner is the Sleepy Bee, they have excellent breakfast!”
