Very nice hotel on the malecon. Walking distance to an abundance of food trucks and restaurants. Beautiful ocean views. Great breakfast. Only negative was that the windows in the room do not open so the air often felt stale.

Very basic hotel.
I wish I had booked a room at the Fiesta Inn & lofts!! As I stayed there last year. I was pretty disappointed with the overall hotel. Beds, internet, pool, etc.. the breakfast was the most positive part of the stay.

The parking lot is BAD! Vendors clog the entrance; it is used as a short cut for the adjacent street and there is constant fast traffic through it. Location near the beach is great BUT it appears people other than guests are using this parking lot for their beach parking.

The pool at CitiExpress was the first pool we felt ‘safe’ entering on this whole trip (out of 4 pools). The breakfast was great, room was spotless. Everything was excellent. Only negative aspect was the need to cover the shower drain to block the faint smell of sewer gas with a towel over a plastic bag. This is a common plumbing issue everywhere in MX as the construction methods generally do not enable the use of a ‘P-Trap’. Not anything the hotel staff can fix!

Good basic hotel close to beach.
Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good free breakfast, close to beach and a few restaurants, nice view of city or Gulf from upper floors, 24-hour business center with computers/internet/printer. Expedia booking worked without a hitch.

Our check in was terrible. Very unfriendly staff. Shower was a trickle almost. Sink always clogged. No wash cloths.Overall would not stay there again and would not recommend it to no one.sorry but that's the truth, they need improvement in those areas.

Good location if you are on a quick business trip
Probably the best location in Carmen if you are on business. Close to the coast and some restaurants and bars. Very clean room but very small. Check in service was problem free. Breakfast is very basic.

Very disappointed
There's nothing terribly wrong with this hotel, but I did expect a lot more form such an expensive stay and a "respected" hotel-chain. The room that I was in was tiny and despite being reserved as a room with a queen bed, I was given a full-size mattress. I did complain but according to the staff there was no other option. The mattress was ok, but could definitively be better.

Hotel is next door to Pemex offices, and a plaza with good restaurants, and easy walking access to the beach. It's location is far from downtown and airport in Carmen, but it's a small island, so nothing is really far. Hotel is ok, rooms are very small, and continental breakfast is not bad. Price of hotel is fair,

Plain hotel with great location
I stayed for a leisure weekend, even it's not a tourist hotel (or city), it was ok. Close to the beach, great places to eat next to the hotel. They also have a small pool good enough for refreshing at least. Breakfast it's ok, not to impress but makes the early morning before lunch. This is a business class hotel, no extra comfort, not built for you to spend more than the night time and then be out working

Good location away from bustle of hotels in central area. Not far from everything Cuidad del Carmen has to offer , just not right in the middle of it. Friendly and accommodating staff. No restaurant on location and continental breakfast is a bit sparse. Coffee available in breakfast area 24 hours. Internet wi fi mediocre speed. Restaurants in area with menus in room for delivery. Worked okay for me. Pretty decent business hotel. All non smoking rooms. Will stay again.

Tardaron casi 4 horas para darnos la habitación. Le pregunte al chico que nos atendió que si nos reponian esas horas o algún tiempo extra al salir y me dijo que no se podia. Tan simple nos dijo que no. Y prácticamente nadie se hizo responsable por ello. Entiedo cuando los hoteles se saturan. Pero ya casi las 4 horas no se vale. Porque si me hubiera salido mas tarde me hubieran cobrado ese extra.
