“This is a great location for visiting Clemson! Apartment is small, but it was very clean and well-stocked. Parking is easy, especially if you drive around to the back. Common area is small, but we were not in the apartment much to sit and watch tv. El Jimador (restaurant in same parking lot) is very good and so convenient! “First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean.
