“The lake house was perfect for our needs! The only concern was parking. The driveway is very steep and some of our elderly family had a hard time walking to the front door. The house itself was well lit with a nice layout. Having a separate suite downstairs was a big plus for small children to watch TV and not have to climb up and down the stairs. If we were parking only two cars this house would be perfect! Phillip was very receptive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. ”
