“We were hoping to finally get a break from hotels and stay at a 2 bed 2 bath and get a kitchen. We booked a month in advance and 5 days before they sent a email saying we were all set. On the day of check in we haven’t actually gotten the check in information yet so we call and nobody picks up. Vrbo wasn’t able to reach the host either. “We reached out multiple times to our host who never responded. There was no ice nor ice tray in which to make ice. The place was clean and the location to downtown Greenville is great. Be aware the building is multi unit and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything around you in the apartment and in the hallway. Also, the towels provided are equally thin. “Clean, needs some updating. Downtown location is great, centrally located to downtown restaurants , shopping and entertainment. No street parking however it was the weekend after Christmas. Located across the street from a bar, which is ok but the first night the music was so loud we needed to use the sound machine and our AirPods with additional sound music to fall asleep at 2:40.
