“Pets are welcome. I am not a fan of corporate rentals. Very scripted. Our representative was very quick with her responses but everything read like a flow chart. We got into town early and asked if the property was ready. I was sent all the check in details - so I assumed, we were good to go. We got there the cleaning crew was done. So no special accommodations on the part of the host…but sure enough, they hit my credit card for 25 for early check in. ”

“Never got check-in instructions. Way too much time spent dorking around st front door trying to get set Parking not clearly marked. For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things”

“Clean, needs some updating. Downtown location is great, centrally located to downtown restaurants , shopping and entertainment. No street parking however it was the weekend after Christmas. Located across the street from a bar, which is ok but the first night the music was so loud we needed to use the sound machine and our AirPods with additional sound music to fall asleep at 2:40. Bar closed at 2:00. I will say the Saturday night stay was less noisy. Parking garage within 1 block of the……

“We loved the apartment but most importantly we were able to host our grandkids (3 and 5) during the day because they had a new baby sister on Dec 23They enjoyed being at the apartment with us .Their parents were busy so we were able to make this holiday fun for them too!!”

“Overall it was a great stay. Super clean. Simple but nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was short on some wares, but the owner/management were very responsive to our concerns. We love the Mills and have stayed in other units. This was our first time here. This unit will certainly stay on our return list.”
