Excellent accommodation
Accommodation and staff excellent. Useful to have kitchen facilities. Only drawback was that, on a Monday evening, we had problems finding somewhere to eat nearby.

Perfect for a long weekend
Arrived on the Friday, check in very easy. Room ideal for a sole traveller - the room I had overlooked the ASM training ground. Kitchen easy to use, once you work out that the hob takes a while to switch off and cool properly. Room was the right temperature. Canal + is one of the TV channels that's encrypted most of the time. You need to empty the bin before you leave in the bins downstairs, so if staying for longer than a weekend it may be worth taking some rubbish down each day.

Convenient for the Rugby
As one of the closest hotels to the stadium I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Clermont to see a rugby match

Value for money
Receptionist was very helpful and the accommodation excellent value for money. Very useful being able to park in the underground car park giving you access to your vehicle in poor weather via the hotel lift. The kitchen equipment was very good and although the rooms are not spacious they are more than adequate. Beds were comfortable. Getting into the city would be very easy using the tram which stops directly outside the front of the hotel.

Excellent hotel in an average town.
Hard to fault this hotel. 10.50e for breakfast was a bit steep but nothing in the area opens before 9.30 so you are stuck. The underground garage for 8e was excellent. Clermont is a large sprawling town but the tram which stopped right outside made travelling easy. Some parts of town were scruffy. Up near the cathedral was very 'arty' but this detracted from customer service. We sat down in 3 different bars and were ignored - maybe it was us! The large town square at Jaude was impressive. Very easy to get to motorway from hotel - less than 5 minutes

Beds are not comfortable & sag into the middle. Budget accommadation in Clermont to visit the Auvergne countryside, basic facilities & able to cook light meals with the basic cooking facilities, bakeries nearby & small supermarket with essentials. Car parking an asset when football matches on at local stadium. Clermont traffic slow to negotiate through. Ok for a short stay.linen only changed weekly but able to use a share washing machine in the building for a fee.

Lovely hotel near public transport
Enjoyed our stay & liked being able to use the cheap public transport close by to visit all the sites. All staff were very friendly and eager to please. An ideal spot for those who like a quiet hotel 30 minutes walk from the city centre.

Nice hotel, close to the rugby stadium!
Rooms are spacious with a tv and brilliant kitchen facilities (hob, plates, mugs, kettle etc). Room had a safe and heaters/fans. Bathroom was especially lovely and looked very modern! If you need to visit Clermont centre use the tram system which is far quicker than walking and very easy to use. I don't know how this hotel is only a 3 star, very good value for money.

Short weekend break
The hotel was convenient for the tram - a stop right outside - and wasn't noisy for the noghts we were there. It's also very close to the Stade Marcel Michelin rugby ground which suited us. We didn't make use of the self catering facilities but there was a microwave, electric hob and plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen area of our room which was separated off from the bedroom. Our only problem over the short stay was that one of our access cards to the hotel didn't work - check it beforehand if you intend coming back after reception has closed and / or get the code to the keypad.

From Clermont train station bus B is 2 stops from the hotel which is beside the rugby stade, buy 24 hr travel which covers bus and tram which gets you everywhere and better than €1-40 per single journey

Clean, quite and comfortable. Parking below hotel (8€) secure and lift straight to room. McDonalds and Subway only eats within easy walking.

A good walking distance from town centre and on a warm day you needed the fan provided, no AC. You can park on the side street, don't pay for parking, and there seems to be croissants to be had for free at reception after 9 am!

Stressfull time made more pleasant.
This hotel had everything that I needed although worktop space in the kitchen area could be improved, the only other thing this hotel lacked was air conditioning. The location for me was superb as I was visiting my husband in hospital for two weeks and it was only a five minute walk to get there.The staff were extremely helpfull and nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall I would say very satisfied.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour, le studio était propre et confortable, la résidence silencieuse est très bien située avec le tramway juste en sortant et des commerces de proximité à quelques minutes à pied. L'équipe de la résidence est très aimable et disponible.

Bien placé. quoique excentre du centre ville… mais au pied il y a une station du tram de la ville, donc ça va; très facilement garable en soirée. Logement fonctionnel, globalement propre (mettre l’accent sur la douche ou le calcaire présent tend à démontrer e que le nettoyage ait été un peu trop rapide!). Il y a ts les ustensiles de cuisine au bon endroit. Literie agréable. espace correct. bon agencement.
