I was put on the ground floor, a female traveling alone. You do not have curtains or window coverings for the entire window - only sheers. My room faced the parking lot behind me and I could see people walking by from neighboring businesses. Also, your coffee was so hot that it spilled on me and I had a second degree burn on my arm. I did not report it and I'm not going to - but make sure your coffee isn't as hot as it is and that the lids you have for your coffee cups fit securely on the top of the cup.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have blackout curtains in the rooms behind the sheers. I am sorry you felt uncomfortable in your room, we would have been happy to assist you with finding a more comfortable location for your room.

The room was filthy. Huge dirty spots on upholstered chair, carpet stained and filthy. We only used shoes on carpet. Bed was clean but we found a grape on corner of bed....it was unrefundable and we arrived late so we stayed but disgusting room. Huge dust along ceiling that was hanging. never again.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the room was clean, large, quiet and had everything I needed. Plenty of options nearby for food, shopping, etc.

The room needed a major cleaning and items replace. The fridge was rusted and unclean, the bathroom had mold and didn’t look clean. The bathroom fan was covered in dust. The TV was small for the large room and the beds were uncomfortable. Luckily I was only there for 2 days.

The hotel is especially nice if you want to have a kitchen -- full size refrigerator and microwave. No stovetop. The dishes and utensils provided are minimal. The most disappointing thing is the breakfast. While it is a hot breakfast, it is pretty much the same thing every day. Too much greasy food. Very steamtable. Been sitting there for quite awhile. Lack of fresh fruit. I was there for 4 days, and the food got worse each day.

The shower was dirty. Bed wasn't that comfy, and there weren't any linens for the sleeper sofa. When we asked the front desk, we were met with skepticism about the need for linens.

Our family of 9 stayed in this hotel while on a trip to the east coast. It was just a quick stop to sleep. We all slept fine, and the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The downside was the low level of cleanliness in the rooms. The carpets were very stained and had crumbs, the nightstand table was dirty, and the bathroom floors were just filthy. Would not choose to stay here again.

The shower had dripped all night, & we told them about it when we checked out. We stayed there on our return trip the following week and were assigned to the same room, and the shower was still dripping.

The room had a dirty Q tip on the floor, the room was not cleaned until I asked. Even after I asked the dirty Q tip was still there. The coffee was never replaced. It was substandard for 209 a night. I am a Hilton honors member, it made no difference.

The hotel was dirty and a small refrigerator was in the room because the larger refrigerator was broken. The wallpaper was peeling with black behind it.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
A filter from one of the PTAC units. They were equally as bad.
The piles of dust around the floor lamps where they have never seen a vacuum
Blood on my pillow case (hoping it wasn’t poop though to be honest).
The tub after I cleaned the PTAC filters. 7 hours later it still hasn’t drained so we had to use a cup to get the water out and use what we could find to get the chunks out of the water.

I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. The place is very depressing, outdated, smells bad, charged a huge fee for my tiny dog. People next door were yelling at each other, housekeeping was extremely noisy in the hallway. Will NEVER stay in that hotel again.

This is the place we stay when we visit Oberlin College. Always a comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet available every morning with decent hot coffee.

Bait and switch regarding pet fee
I was unhappy with the bait and switch regarding your exorbitant ($50) dog fee. 1) it was neither mentioned on hotels.com nor did it show up on my confirmation email 2) I mentioned my dog when I checked in and it was not mentioned then 3) when I checked out I was stunned. The receptionist asked if I was given a magnet for my door. I wasn’t. 4) $50 is double the highest fee I’ve paid anywhere else. The next night I was in a My Place in Omaha. They charged $15. Dog fees are reasonable. You made me feel tricked. Very unhappy.

I have used these properties before because they are well located, a good price, dog friendly and usually in great shape. This one, the room was fine but the carpet in the halls was absolutely filthy, stained and repulsive. In the dining area where they serve breakfast, a large portion of the ceiling had fallen down and there were pieces of it on the floor so you had to walk around it to get to the tables. Really not up to Hilton standards.

Bring your own kitchen equipment!
Was supposed to stay at this hotel for 4 days a week for 4 weeks in a row while attending classes. Really needed a full kitchen and there were no utensils, no knife just two large pots for cooking no skillet or saucepan. Requested some items from the front desk and they were never brought up. There was no dishcloth or anything to wash dishes with. Ended up buying things at the store. Booking a new hotel for the next 3 weeks
