Great Staff, the room was a throwback with modern furniture... It's not the tallest hotel the area is dead after 8:30pm as far as food, even the in-house restaurant. There's nothing worse than getting to a hotel at 9 or 10 and you're hungry and they can't even provide you a sandwich to get you through the night but 8:30? Breakfast only on Friday and the weekends.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. But the room wasn’t swept at all, we only stayed for one night so we didn’t bother to ask for housekeeping. The surrounding area of the hotel felt like an abandoned town. Overall, extremely overpriced for the area and quality of the hotel.

The staff was good but when I called inquire about the pool everything was fine it was never told to me that the pool was closed that was very disappointing seeing that I was planning on using the pool I was also told that there is a rooftop with the three times that I've gone up there to try and see what that's all about the door was closed it was like I was forced to go to another part of the roof to the left it seemed very unsafe there like I should not even be here but the most disappointing part was the pool I believe I should have been told at the time that the pool was not open and not available I just feel like I was a little tricked into thinking that everything was fine well you asked what I was disappointed about and that is what it was

This property is clean and convenient to the Rockin on the River concert venue so we can was a short distance before and after the event and not have to drive anywhere. There are a couple of good restaurants in walking distance but other places nice for a short drive.

Convenient place to stay for a concert across the street. Nice hotel just wished the restaurant and rooftop were open to the public that day. Hotel rooms could use a little more decor & up keep.

Would never stay here again. Room smelled like dirty mop water. Hotel attemdants let people party outside our room window til almost midnight. Heard everything going on in the room next to us while they slammed the door half the night while trying to sleep. Can not change the thermostat so it was hot. Just a horrible experience.
