Melissa at the front desk was great. We only had one cup and had to get more from the front desk. The radio didn’t have any batteries so was useless. And the toilet needed to be cleaned better.

This was nothing like other extended stays I have been to, the property is a bit beat, the room was supposed to have a sofabed, the one it had was broken and missing a mattress, mo cleaning went through, was supposed to have breakfast included but we never used it as it wasn’t clearly located or designated so we never bothered with it.

The property we stayed at we had picked based off of ratings and pictures due to never being to the state before. The pictures showed a clean well-maintained hotel, and had a four star rating, but it did not deserve for stars. The room we stayed in, smelled absolutely horrible and had dirty sheets when we got there. When going back and reviewing the photos, it was found that the pictures were from three of their hotels in the same area, And sadly with the same exact name when looking it up. They picked out the best photos from all three hotels and stated it was one hotel. I will never stay at Any of the extended stays in Ohio again. The only reason we stayed for the duration was because we knew that we would not get our refund right away to find a different hotel. I will be contesting our stay to get my money back because this hotel is not worth $120 a night. The five days that we stayed, we felt unsafe and unsure if our rental car would be broken into because of the riffraff that was at the hotel. It was so bad that I am glad my boyfriend bought the extra hotel key off of Amazon. I would not recommend, this hotel to any of my friends or family.

Every time you approached the front desk, the employee was on the other side of the wall. Once she was having a personal telephone conversation. I had to knock on the counter to get her attention each time. The first thing I did was check the beds when I entered the room. One bed clearly had not been changed. The sheets had A LOT of visible black hair. And I mean A LOT. I called the front desk for a sheet change after rooting for the number as there was no phone in the room. I asked for a sheet change saying there was hair all over. No apology! She said, give me 15 minutes, we don’t have house keeping. She never came to the room. We had to leave to attend my Grandmother’s funeral. Upon returning, I asked for new sheets at the front desk. Then returned to front desk a few minutes later to request a blanket. She handed me the blanket all balled up. Not even folded. She stated it was clean. Black hair was all over the shower also. Carpet is in serious need of a cleaning and walls in the hotel room were damaged. Towel rod fell off the wall when trying to hang a hand towel. Shower curtain rod was barely hanging on, which made the shower curtain slide back to the middle of the rod during a shower. Will never stay here again. Disgraceful.

The only thing positive about this stay was the room was relatively clean. For an extended stay suite nothing was included with this room. No coffeemaker, dishes, hair dryer, etc. We had to go down everyday and ask for bath linens and there was an extra charge for service to bring them to you and to empty trash. The staff was not friendly or accommodating in any way. Laundry facilities were adequate however each load was $3.00 which in my opinion is on the high side. The fitness center consisted of three machines and no fan making the room quite uncomfortable while using the treadmill. The grab and go breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets, muffins and coffee. The area was convenient but I would not recommend this place to stay. Hindsight being what it is I would have paid an extra $10.00 a night for a much nicer place.
