Weekend Getaway to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The house is in a great location. It is in a great neighborhood and is close to restaurants and bars. Just minutes from downtown so close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the football, basketball, and baseball stadiums, as well as the Christmas Story House. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We ate at a few local restaurants that we would highly recommend. The Blue Point Grill and Banana Blossom Thai Cuisine. I recommend staying here!

Fantastic experience
The house was perfect for our group and in a great location. Walkable distances to restaurants and entertainment. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do (Cedar Point, art museum, baseball game, Edgewater Park…). I was also very impressed with the responsiveness of the host when we had a couple of minor issues pop up. Top notch treatment! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with all you need
This is a lovely home with all you need for your stay in Cleveland. The house needed to be cleaned when we arrived. A minor snafu and a deep cleaning would have been great; nevertheless, the home was outfitted well, the furnishings were top-notch, the rooms were large, and there was plenty of home for a four-person group. I did not have trouble with my verified service dog with the owners, nor did she make trouble for them. The backyard is roomy, has a firepit, and you can breathe other than the condos give you. You can walk to the beach - which my family did, and they used the local food offerings well. The home's air conditioner was a bit wonky, and we had a couple of nights of warmth where it would not cool. The house is outfitted with digital thermostats, which is nice - but it needed a service. All in all, I travel VRBOs, and this is a nice one. With proper attention to minor maintenance, this is 5-star. The property owner was very on top of everything, which is a huge bonus, and she gave me credit for the inconvenience - without being asked. I would stay here again and recommend the property anytime you are in Cleveland.

Wedding stay for weekend.
Booked for family to attend wedding of former neighbors. Description of property accurate. We had room to spread out and enjoy being together for the weekend. Arrived after dark. Be aware that although the block of homes is ok in a gentrifying area, neighborhood is somewhat sketchy. Locals at wedding told us to be careful. We are from Chicago area so we know how to handle this situation. No decent stores in immediate area for groceries, etc., so plan accordingly. Got charged $75 for a damaged set of queen sheets with no evidence of damage. Owners should at least send a photo of damage to justify charge. We strived to leave the property with little need for cleaning. High charge for cleaning service even though we needed to strip beds, take out garbage, etc. as per house rules. Owners need to check cleaning crew. Lint covered baby pacifier found wedged between master bedroom matress and wall, and couch needs a good vacuuming between the couch cushions to remove debris. Overall property was as described but nothing that deserves a high rating. We would seek out another place for future stays.

Retaliatory review. We provided photos of stained sheets (likely baby poo) to Robert and a note that the stains didn't come out in the wash with bleach. Robert never responded to any messages we sent.

Great stay!

Excellent home
The home was lovely, just as shown in the photos. Erin was wonderful to work with and very responsive when we had trouble with the door upon arrival. Very accessible location for Rock & Roll HOF and downtown. Also had great restaurants in walking distance (don't sleep on Brewnuts). Overall a very positive experience, would highly recommend this property!

Traveled to Cleveland with extended family to visit my son who lives there. The house had an open floor plan and was very nicely decorated! The beds were comfy and there were plenty of them. Was well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, fans, coffee, tea, etc. Much better than a hotel!!

Perfect mini vaca
Our family (8 total) enjoyed our quick getaway in Cleveland. The Cleveland house is situated in the Gordon Square area which was perfect for us. We loved the vibe of the house (one of my daughters said it was the type of house and decor she wanted when she has her own house) Many restaurants nearby and art museums, R&R Hall of Fame are short drives. Edgewater park is also very near and walkable. Thanks for a seamless rental process.

The house was as described, the check in checkout process was simple and concise. The neighborhood what is safe and friendly. The kitchen was stocked With adequate dishes, utensils and cookware. The beds and pillows are comfortable the only thing lacking was cable TV.

The Cleveland House is just Fabulous!!
My family and I had a wonderful time at Erin's home! We were conveniently located to many tourist options, ie, The Children's Museum, Rock-and Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center just to name a few. The house sits on a beautiful tree lined block and you can walk to many dining and shopping options. Our hostess Erin, was very easy to communicate with and even gave us a housewarming gift from the local brewery. You will not be disappointed with Erin's home or the easy acess with the neighborhood.

My friends and I came up for a weekend in Cleveland and we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The home is as clean and put together as all the pictures show. Erin was such a great host and it shows in the little details in the home that she wants her guests to enjoy their stay. Her restaurant recommendations were also on point! The location of the home was also fantastic and provided a very short Uber ride to downtown Cleveland. We all had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay again!

Gem in Gordon Square
This home is clean, well furnished, very cozy, and has a very clean and modern feel to it. Bedding was great, bathrooms were clean and stocked, and the kitchen/living area connection made for great times hanging with the family. We walked to Detroit Ave almost everyday to enjoy some lunch and other treats. Access to the Lake was a breeze - only a 15 minute walk and you're there! Other hip spots like Ohio City and Downtown Cleveland were only a short car ride away making logistics very easy. Her recommendations for food, beer, and nightlife were on point - nothing was disappointing during our long weekend here. The only thing the property could benefit from is a little love in the backyard to make it a nice place for entertaining or reading a book. The entire family loved this place - especially the record player and record collection! Communication with Erin was simple and stress-free - she was very responsive, gave us reminders and suggestions, and was eager to help. Thanks so much, Erin and Co.!! I would rent from you again in a heartbeat!!
