So I stayed here this past weekend. There wasn’t a blow dryer, so I called down to the front desk to ask for one. First of all the phone in my room didn’t work. Second I was on hold at the front desk for over 15 minutes. Third I was told by reception that the people who last stayed in my room, broke the blow dryer, and there was not one replacement to be had in the whole hotel. The lady I spoke want rude but definitely not helpful, she just kept telling me “no”.
I went out and bought a blow dryer but then the outlet in the bathroom also didn’t work. It wasn’t a terrible hotel and it was relatively clean (minus the bathroom floor). But it definitely needs updating and while none of the staff was horrible, they certainly weren’t particularly friendly.
That being said, it was reasonably priced but I would spend the extra money to stay somewhere a bit more clean and maintained.
