It was fine for a short stay, but the condition of the room was not something I would want to stay in for an extended time - the oven door was broken off, the hot water wasn't really all that hot, the sink didn't drain very well, the TV was set up very strangely, and the wifi was unreliable.

Toilet had tank top removed when we checked in; tank was empty; flushing handle did not function. Tub was quite dirty. Desk clerk resolved the main issue by giving us another room quickly after we reported our complaint. But, the shower area in the replaced room was pretty dirty.

Very nice hotel option. I came up for the eclipse and the suite included a large bed, a pull out sofa, a kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, and oven. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. If I have another trip to the Middleburg Heights / Cleveland area I will definitely consider staying here again.

I arrived at midnight after a long flight. The gentleman who checked me in was the best part of my short stay. This hotel, though adequate, is very tired and needing renovations. My room backed up to the interstate, so it was noisy. Definitely no fresh frills and I surely overpaid because of local events.

Strong odors in the building, and only one door worked - the one farthest away from the elevator. Front counter was cluttered and notified at check=in that there would be a $100 hold put on card for "incidentals"

The staff was friendly, easy check in/out. Close by all major highways and convenience stores, Walmart close by. The suite was like a small little apartment, everything worked great as should. Highly recommend.

I booked last minute because I desperately needed some quiet time and some sleep! The room had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a stove, a microwave. A very nice living/sitting area with a couch, the TV swiveled each way. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and the room was safe and quiet, and very clean. would highly recommend this property and I will stay again.

We had a very nice stay while visiting family over Christmas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen- could be better equipped with basics but clean and pleasant. Better than other suite hotels nearby.

Comfortable and affordable stay
My adult daughter and I spent four nights here during a Christmas visit with family. It was perfect for the two of us with the comfortable sofa bed included. Staff was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was a needed amenity and was clean and well-designed. One suggestion: include more kitchen gear including frying pan, cutting board and more cutlery. All in all, a nice, affordable place. We would stay here again.

Somewhat shop worn, but clean and usable. One of five lights in bathroom was out. Minimal number of towels and thin ones at that. Outlets in the kitchen area didn't work, but those in the desk/working area did. WiFi Internet is slow, but usable. Beds and linen are quite comfortable. HVAC is noisy/loud when the blower comes on.

My stay was great up until the point of the night before my departure. There was a bit of commotion going on out in the hallway as I was getting ready to leave for dinner and so I ended up staying inside because it was pretty rough and later involved the police but it still left me a little bit leery about leaving my room that evening.

Building kind of hard to find. Not well signed, and hidden behind another hotel. Nice, well kept room for the price of our one night stay. Wasn't expecting to have a kitchen, but a small one was included. Even though there was a breakfast area on the first floor, it was shut down. Not to worry, there are at least 3 restaurants within a block of the hotel. Would consider using this location again.

Room was clean. I do t know how often they clean the rooms because they never told me. There was no handout at check in to provide information. Other than that check in and out were easy and our stay enjoyable. Will stay there again.

My room was nice but it was rundown, constantly had to fix the toilet to keep it from continuously running. Better quality linen and towels were in desperate need as well. There was no dishwashing detergent for the automatic dishwasher, however there was dishwashing liquid for the kitchenette sink. But no dish dry towel or a dish washing cloth for the kitchenette ( two items every kitchen or kitchenette should have). The experience wasn’t as bad as I expected once I drove onto the property and walked into the lobby, but it certainly wasn’t as wonderful as it could’ve been had the amenities been higher quality and the property better maintained.

So I stayed here this past weekend. There wasn’t a blow dryer, so I called down to the front desk to ask for one. First of all the phone in my room didn’t work. Second I was on hold at the front desk for over 15 minutes. Third I was told by reception that the people who last stayed in my room, broke the blow dryer, and there was not one replacement to be had in the whole hotel. The lady I spoke want rude but definitely not helpful, she just kept telling me “no”. I went out and bought a blow dryer but then the outlet in the bathroom also didn’t work. It wasn’t a terrible hotel and it was relatively clean (minus the bathroom floor). But it definitely needs updating and while none of the staff was horrible, they certainly weren’t particularly friendly. That being said, it was reasonably priced but I would spend the extra money to stay somewhere a bit more clean and maintained.
