Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. My only negative was that there weren’t any cleaning wipes in the fitness center to wipe equipment off.

If you actually use the refrigerator in your room, don't book at Fairfield hotels. All of their rooms have energy-saving refrigerators which turn off every two hours. You must press the 'On' button inside of the refrigerator to turn it back on. It will automatically turn off again in two hours. Ridiculousness. Every other aspect of my stay was nice.

Property looks good but once I got in my room things look like it was rushed example the shower head looks like it’s coming out the wall, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut because the door is too big for the frame etc but overall the room was clean bed made, quite and very safe area.

The place is still nice and is not that old. But showing signs of wear. Peeling wallpaper for one. Carpet stains Noticed some stains on sheets. It was clean and staff was very nice and efficient. We got a king bed, but if it was, it was the smallest I had ever seen. Probably really a mini King. Small TV. Room decent size but not huge for sure. Internet free. Breakfast was about a B. Sausage was synthetic. But it was about what you expect. Wife disappointed they did not have a bike in exercise room. All in all, one of the top two places in Clinton, which is not a huge endorsement. Most of the others are plagued by hookers and poor condition.

The staff is friendly and helpful; however the hotel would benefit from some maintenance and improved upkeep. For example, the white area around my shower drain was scratched and discolored brown. In some spots the wall paper is peeling off.These should all be tended to.

untrained employee messed up my entire stay at thi
Booked through hotels.com upon arrival and paid for room in full. Once on the property, A employee ran my card on file for an additional payment. When asked about it. Employee stated she had minimum training with bookings through hotels.com. All of this flagged my card for fraud. Shut my entire card down.This was my first time and it will be my last time staying at this property. I will never stay here again nor will i recommend any of my colleagues to do so. All of the request fornthe room i paid for were not honored as well

The property needs some maintenance and is showing wear. One of the two elevators was out, so the wait to get to the higher floors took a bit. Breakfast was average for a mid-range hotel, but there was no decaf coffee, nor was the water hot enough to make the instant grits. Parking was good with good lighting. It does take a bit of a wander to get to the hotel as it is off the main road and on a side street.

We stayed at this hotel on a drive from Asheville to Austin. The Fairfield Marriott just gets things right. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. I also like the layout of their shower and the soaps and shampoo actually leathered up unlike most other hotels these days, their breakfast buffet was better than I had at any of the other hotels I stayed on during this trip. They offered plenty of bacon, eggs and name brand Greek yogurt. And a plus for them is their coffee. They actually make good coffee here. The buffet was well-maintained, and Stocked. I would definitely stay here again for the convenience and the quality of room for the price paid. It seems to be a popular spot for some truckers due to the availability of parking and their proximity to the highway. Inside, the hotel was quiet and the staff and customers were kind and polite.

A bright light from the parking lot beams directly into my room. I didn't know until well after sundown. The curtains are thin and doesn't block out the light. And the light beams directly into the bed like a very bright night light that you can't turn off. The room was nice. Horrible lighting setup.
