"Everything was amazing the staff specifically the guy that was there yesterday morning around 8am. I believe his name was rayvon if I'm spelling that correctly. He was AMAZING. I was so rattled and depleted of my energy after I missed the train going back to SC.I wanted to check in as early as possible.I knew it was still 8am way before a checkout/ check in time HOWEVER he told me that he would try to get me in a room as early as possible. An he did JUST that. I was able to check in around 2pm I believe. I was so relieved and happy. Next time i'm in charlotte, I will for sure.Stay at this hotel ❤️"
