“One night stay. Check in was fast and easy. Small selection but desirable items and reasonably priced convenience items in the lobby. The room was a good size and relatively clean. My daughter did find a used plastic spoon shoved down between the cushions of the desk chair but I can see how that could be easily missed. And there were long strands of hair stuck in the hair dryer. Bathroom shower had good water pressure which is rare and much appreciated! The hand sink didn’t drain well unless you……

“Arrived tired and just needed to get some sleep. The site doesn't do keys so I would have had to download an app and then figure out how to link the reservation I had made on Expedia just to get in my room. Thankfully the staff person just opened the room for us after I asked and we just didn't leave the room. Please get the key option back or figure out the app process so it is easier. Not sure with all the info we put in online prior to entry why we still have to manually give so much……

“Easy parking. Very nice coffee and breakfast. Amenities were closed due to hotel construction. Room was spacious but sink did not drain. Reported this to front desk but there was nobody available to service it because it was a Saturday. I request housekeeper and the room was not serviced.
