Only location was great.no room service if you reach at 12 am.no mini bar.bathroom was not veey clean and water pressure in the shower was low.overall looks tired

The property was very tied needed a paint on the outside as looked nothing like the photos on the web page. Rooms where clean but also very tied the hotel needs a face lift. Staff very friendly and helpful. And security very good especially at night

We were greeted by polite and friendly staff at the reception. The formalities were quick and we were given a lovely room. Breakfast was good and we left completely satisfied with our experience.

Hotel was very good. I loved the ambiance, comfort. But the only thing I didn’t like is the balcony. There was no ventilation.

Perfect business stay
Pleasant staff and excellent service. Amazing location where it’s impossible to get lost. Everyone knows this hotel as it’s one of the oldest hotel in the city. It’s just off the main road to all the shopping brands and every conceivable eatery. Barbecue nation is just across the road so that’s a superb.

Checking in the staff were excellent. Breakfast was passable but buffet lunch was excellent and the choice given had a lot of variety. Walking distance to all shops.

The hotel is good and our stay was pleasant except that some of the guests were noisy and that too late in the night.

The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Facilities are good. It could be an exception but there was no water in the bathroom in the evening that we stayed. Room service was slow but apologetic. The hotel has potential to be an excellent one for travellers as it is in a quiet street but near the shopping centres of Ernakulam.

Fine stay at the heart of the town
I stayed here for 11 days from 13.3.2017 on wards . Overall experience was excellent . The staff is very helpful and courteous. There are certainly some suggestions as an average Indian. In the bathroom bucket and mug are to be requested for . Off course they provided it immediately. I could not find a space for drying small articles like undergarments and hand kerchiefs. There is a lot of scope for improving the quality of laundry service( starching and ironing was not perfect) . Breakfast was very good . Definitely I will recommend it .

Nice, old hotel close to shopping complexes
Stayed with my family. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is an old hotel, but that's its charm. For the kids the lack of a swimming pool and gym was a minus. However if you are going to spend your entire time outside, visiting and exploring and just need a hotel which is clean, comfortable, and close to a shopping district, I would recommend this hotel.

Easy access & amazing convenience at a great price
Everybody knows where this hotel is, so no chance of getting lost! Rooms are basic but very clean. Hotel staff is wonderfully helpful. Everything commercial is a stones throw away and you can access restaurants for any type of food within a 5 minute walk.

Excellent stay
The stay was very peaceful.The staff was polite,friendly & courteous,always ready to help. Even at the dead of the night, a minor glitch in the air conditioner was immediately sorted out with the smiling staff. The only downside is that north Indian food preparation needs improvement.

The good side :The hotel staffs were nice .Room service was speedy and didn't find any difficulty in restaurant service.Locality is good and the overall rating I can give is good for a short term stay. Very centrally located, in the heart of the city.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A very comfortable and hospitable hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly and cooperative and are willing to help you out. The food also is excellent and the Buffet spreads are elaborate. It is also centrally located and all the main shopping is located nearby. I would prefer another stay at this hotel and have already recommended this hotel to many friends & relatives.
