Stunning Oceanfront Views from Beautifully updated Condo

Rooms with beautiful views, just steps to beach, underground parking at this luxurious condo. Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home even with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better. Restaurants are all nearby, and the full length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! FYI… starting April2024 they will be doing some clubhouse restoration so pool will be closed. Should be reopened by May. They will start balcony restoration from the fifth floor April15th and workdown to second floor. Garage oneside will be completed by May3rdI will try and keep this as accurate as possible with information given to me.

You Can't Get Closer To The Beach
Fantastic location facing the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Steps away from the beach! Convenient off street parking and underground parking. Deanne was a pleasure to work with.

A Christmas to Remember
We needed a good place to be for Christmas and it was wonderful! So clean and modern. Our host added cute Christmas touches and advised us of Surfing Santa event. Amazing beach view from our balcony. Watching Space X launch and seeing full moon from the balcony were added bonuses.

A much needed week in the sun
This condo was just beautiful (don't let the outside reno-work scare you;)...the living rm/kitchen open space is so clean and esthetically pleasing to the eye. The large balcony overlooking the beach was my favorite part. Daily watched the sunrise from that very spot. Walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops and of course the beach, secure parking and a very friendly and very helpful host. Thank you Deanne for a great getaway week.

Relaxing time after a cruise
The condo was perfect! Pictures were very accurate and location a plus! We saw 2 launches from the balcony! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. (Keurig provided!). Had English muffins in the toaster or walked to breakfast spots! (Java n Juice or pig and whistle) then we walked the town and the beach. Afternoons were spent poolside reading. Followed by a wine on the balcony before heading out to dinner. Deanne was very responsive to my questions and we look forward to coming back again. Only suggestion would be to bring wine glasses if that is your thing. Other than that everything else was available.

This property is fabulous! Clean, comfortable, all the conveniences of home. We stayed here 1 week and wished it would have been 1 month. So many things to see and do. Each morning started with a gorgeous sunrise viewed from our balcony.

Excellent location amazing view of the beach : private access to beach a plus : we enjoyed many drinks on balcony enjoying both sunrises and sunsets : condo well appointed : tea kettle and wine glasses would be advisable : very quiet and restful sleeps in master bedroom :communications with host at time of booking excellent though somewhat harried at time of check-in ( host unavailable for about twenty minutes when we arrived at property which stressed us after a long road trip ): overall would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again

Stove and oven were great, once we learned how to use them. The TV system was a little challenging for someone that still has satellite TV. The host was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Loved the location, close proximity to all we needed, especially the beach.

First impressions can be deceiving
Don't look at the building exterior. It's an aging property. But the owner has beautifully appointed the entire unit. All modern. Closest to the ocean vacation rental without costing hundreds of dollars per night.

Amazing Property
The pictures do not due Deanne's condo justice. There are floor to ceiling windows with sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom that give a 180 view out to the beach. You can also enjoy the view and hear the waves from the balcony. I loved that there was a lifeguard tower right out in front and some cool beach bars and restaurants less than a block away. She has the condo beautifully decorated - a nice mix of beach vibes and comfortable leather La-z-boy chairs. There is a pool in the front so you can get your laps in. We enjoyed the fantastic sunrises from the balcony and lots of walks on the beach. A highlight was the relatively short drive to Kennedy Space Center to see a launch in person. She has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook plus some nice additions like butter etc. Deanne also has towels, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The view was spectacular from the balcony and we walked on the beach everyday. We can't wait to return!!

Condo is very nice and location is terrific. Very close the beach. Has a retro vibe and AC works great. Building is dated and not a lot of in room amenities. But if you are looking for an old school beach condo that’s clean and comfortable at a reasonable price then this is your place. Host needs to add wine glasses.

The apartment was very nice, Deanne, was very accommodating and responded to questions quickly, loved the fact there was a place in the garage inside the building to park our car and a number of beach items, (umbrella, chairs, boogie board, etc.) we were permitted to use at the beach. Being in an apartment on the beach, with a balcony facing the beach and the ability to view the beach from the living area and the master bedroom was awesome! Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing condo, view and location!
This condo is beautiful! All the amenities that you could possibly need and more! Location is perfect! Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and just minutes to the grocery store and anything else you may need. We will surely miss waking up with the sunrise and hearing the waves crash on the shore! Great water pressure in the showers, king bed and couches are comfy! Used the pack n play and high chair for our toddler! Can't recommend this property enough! We will be back!! Favorite food spots: Coconuts, Foxtail Coffee Co., Jazzys Mainely Lobster, Juice N Java, Whisk and Grind, The Fat Donkey
