I stayed here a couple days prior to leaving for a cruise. The staff was great. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location was great. Beach was super close. And the port was 4.6 miles away. Now, the hotel room itself… it was a little disappointing. Pretty run down. Usually I don’t complain because I’d rather book cheaper then a high end. And in that situation you get what you pay for. This however, was really expensive. I even paid for an upgraded beach view (i don’t recommend) The bathroom did have mold in places and around the tub. It needs redone. Walls and ceiling u can tell had holes that were badly patched. Floors were pretty dirty. Just pretty low grade for the price. The furniture and decor was cute. Would I stay here again… no. But again that’s only because the condition with the higher price. Just wasn’t worth what I paid, in my opinion. If you could get it cheaper I wouldn’t mind all the other small details.

Fun beach vibe! Stayed for a week in a poolside room for kids spring break. Very nice staff! Dj/music daytime poolside Thurs-Sun. Lazy river swimming is great! Breakfast included which is huge seeing we wake up at different times. Bar and food available to order. Beach is super close and they offer beach stuff first dibs. Winn Dixie grocery store is across the street if you need anything. The room isn’t the ritz carlton but we don’t care. Still nice. Just sleep there. Maybe make the fan less noisy or change that it turns on with the light. A little musty - but it’s Florida. I’ve experienced that in other warm parts of the world with humidity. My wife adjusted the A/C which made whatever was annoying to her better. We did plenty locally. Fun spots were Sand bar, Fish Camp, Long doggers were super close casual dining. Didn’t do anything super fancy. But there are options close by. Seeing the rocket blast off on the beach was so cool! If you get a day off, drive to Merritt Island National Reserve. The manatees were by the observatory deck and packed tight with some dolphins by the boat landing next to the draw bridge. Also drove on one the exploratory roads and saw some Florida wildlife. Lots of cool birds and even a couple gators. Yeah, we had a blast and would definitely go back! Thanks guys!

We booked a Queen Suite and the beds were very small. The front desk told us the beds were not normal queen sized but queen sized for their facility. Bed size matters when people who never share a bed have to share one on vacation. We also paid extra for a partial ocean view. This was true but the center of our view was the condominiums in front of us and we could see the ocean on either side of the building. If we hadn’t been given the 4th floor or higher, we wouldn’t have had a view at all. Upon check in we noticed our room had visible mold on the walls and ceilings. I called down to see if we could get another room, we’re told no and that the manager would call us. No call. I have NEVER used a bathroom as gross as this one. I was glad my kids were old enough to shower because bathing was out of the question! When they advertise beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards they should mention that they have FIVE SETS and they are on a first come, first served basis. We were told to get to the front desk right before 6 AM to try to get one. They are released at 6 and must be turned in that evening. The beach towels provided are the typical white towels with the blue stripe through them. Most of them were so hard my husband said they would scratch the cars. The elevator for our building was slow and during busy times many of us used the stairs. It was a hardship for some of the older guests on the 4th floor with us.

I cant say enough good things. Pool was fun! Room clean, spacious, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great and plenty available up until the time it was over each day. Anytime we called for towels, extra blanket, toiletries, somone was at our door within 5 minutes. I like that someone doesnt enter my room everday unless asked. The desk personnel were so friendly and helpful.
