Two-time booker!!

This was our second stay with Sandcastles and Happy Palm. The condo fits our family perfectly! Close to the pool & beach access, excellent shopping & restaurants nearby, and even got a chance to watch a rocket launch! Our stay was to short as usual however, we look forward to our next stay!

Last minute stay

Our Gulf coast rental was cancelled due to Helene so rented last minute. Couldn’t have asked for more in a weekend stay.. except maybe better weather due to Milton🌀. Can’t see the beach/ocean but great being on ground floor across from pool and steps to the beach

Family Christmas Vacation 2023

Moderately updated condo with ample amount of space! Great accommodation for a large family! The large kitchen, seating arrangements and on-site laundry were a definite plus!! Proximity to the beach was a bonus!! Walking distance to Surfing Santa’s!! Would definitely stay at this location again in the future!!

Amazing location!

Absolutely amazing place! Full of everything we needed for our stay with 3 older teens. Only thing I could say was the floors were a bit dirty. The location to the beach was perfect and the condo on a whole was amazing! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back! Thank you!

Wonderful condo, steps away to pool and beach.

We were pleased with condo and accommodations. Comfortable beds and furniture. Was as expected. Short drive to many excellent restaurants. Clean property and beach area. Lifeguards on duty at the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Amanda, the Property Manager was easy to reach. Thank you.

Wonderful Family Spot

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Great condo with plenty of room and necessities for a family. The pack n play available was extra appreciated as we were traveling with our young children. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The location of the unit to the beach and pool was so convenient! We would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends! Only things I would say could make an even better impact on guests would be an upgrade in bedding.

Awesome beach condo

We loved everything about our stay at Sandcastles, can't beat the easy access to the beach and pool, condo is spacious and clean. We have stayed at a few similar locations in Cocoa Beach, ,this property is our favorite.

Wonderful trip for family and friends

It was everything I was hoping for. My husband has ptsd, didn't want to stay anywhere but ground floor. Was close to the beach, and had a great place for our grandchildren to play in the evening. Hope to stay again .

Great Property and experience

This unit has everything needed for a beach stay. Location was great to beach, pool, Publix, shopping, restaurants, and a short walk to ice cream shop. Nice finishes and furniture. Extremely clean and best communication with owners I have experienced. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We enjoyed our mini vacation at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach Plenty of room in this unit Unit 112 was perfect for us, the ground floor has a nice patio and yard to play I highly recommend this place
