“Excelente hotel, el personal del lobby súper atentos en general todos pero los de recepción 10/10”

“Good with some exceptions: the outside ramp is difficult to use; there’s no elevator. The worst thing is that there’s no restaurant, despite the advertisement. After a long trip, we had to wander the neighborhood for a place to eat. Disappointing…”

“Loved the rooms! They were very nice, clean and spacious! The showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water; however, do not count on the mounting for the showerhead (does not hold it). The food was very good. I had the trout one night and it was cooked to perfection (highly recommend). The goulash tasted very good; however, the portion was very small. I would advise a larger portion. The salads, pasta and desserts was amazing. The indoor pool is incredible and the bathrobes actually fit……

“An extraordinary escape, where hospitality shines in every detail. The grounds are meticulously kept, the atmosphere is effortlessly relaxed mixed with luxury views, and the culinary offerings are phenomenal. However, the true standout was the team and how they seemed to anticipate my every need before I even voiced it at times. It’s rare to find a place that balances high sophistication with genuine warmth so effortlessly. If you do yourself a favor and go, please tell them their new friend……

“We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. Although we specifically requested and pay for 2 twin beds, the room offered had a matrimonial bed. (Room was shared by 2 adult males ). The hotel……

“Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else”

“Very clean, fresh, updated room. The owners were helpful answering questions, and there is a great little pizza place right next door.”

“Location & Customer Service of the Highest Quality. We will be back soon”

“Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!”

“A great place to stay in Brasov. Flavius was very welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations for tours/sightseeing in and around Brasov. Room was very clean and tidy. The communal kitchen/living area is a very nice bonus, as it is well equiped and makes dining easy. Close to bus routes as well. Thanks again Flavius for having me.”

“Rubbish still staying in the bin after we check in. ”

“nice staff and nice breakfast”

“Perfect stay! Beautiful room, all the amenities and an amazing restaurant!”

“Clean high tech apartment in Coresi area in Brasov, a recently new build area, very modern. Free parking, good wifi, plenty of restaurants around, also an Auchan nearby.”
