"Absolutely disgusting experience. We found SIX cockroaches in our room during our stay—some alive, some dead. Not one. Not two. Six. What shocked me even more than the infestation was the complete lack of concern from the hotel staff. We reported the issue and were essentially brushed off. No room upgrade, no alternative accommodations, no meaningful apology, and no attempt to make the situation right. Apparently multiple cockroaches in a guest room is not considered a problem here. For a hotel that charges people to stay overnight, basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum. Instead, we spent our vacation checking corners, floors, and walls for bugs. It’s impossible to relax when you’re wondering what might crawl out next. The room was clearly not being maintained to an acceptable standard, and the response from staff showed a complete disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. There are far too many hotels in Lagos to waste your money on one that can’t provide a clean room or handle a legitimate complaint professionally. Six cockroaches. Zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else."
