“Room A little hiccup at the beginning, air conditioning noisy! But was moved immediately !”

“We booked 3 nights for the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Upon checkin the room looked clean and spacious. We checked in very tired from a day of walking in the heat. We went to dinner then straight to bed. The next evening my husband and I both noticed something protruding from a corner of the wall in the bathroom beside the shower. Upon closer inspection…we found it to be a literal mushroom(about 4 inches long) growing from an area of obvious mold. There was another area of mold on the other……

“The hotel was clean & well maintained. The Staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient to many stores, restaurants & sight seeing, but not right on a highway so there's no highway traffic noise. Our only complaint is they pillows are very small--not a typical bed pillow size. All around, a great place to stay.”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“When I rented the room through Expedia I was told there was staff at the front desk between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and check in time was 4:00 p.m. On my way to Hilton Head I got a text from 210 area code saying that I had to do an online check-in because nobody was working at the front desk. I received a another text saying to do an online check-in looking for my credit card information too. I was told not to give my credit card information out to third parties. When I arrived at the hotel……
