“This hotel is very clean with the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The chef Sheila is an amazing chef , food made with love. Eat in and you'll be happy. Very safe and secure location. Parking outside and in their parking garage with elevator access. I would give more stars if i could. I will always stay here. Thank you”

“No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. ”

“ I am writing to report an issue during my stay in room 333 on March 11, 2026. I woke up to find that I had been bitten by bed bugs. I informed the owner of the situation and she said that she didn't believe me and didn't have time to view the photos and asked that I email the photos to her. The email she provided was invalid. She also told me not to come back. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter I have photos of my findings, if needed. ”

“Paid for 2 queen beds but got a king sized one. Was uncomfortable with 4 people”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“Hotel nice actually, better than the Savannah Hyatt. Room was modern and bed comfy. Staff friendly. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and its convenient when it works. Continental breakfast and coffee good. Coligny beach park only 6 min drive. Pretty much close to everything. I dont know about the smell some people mention but my room was fine. Would stay here again. ”

“It’s a dog hotel and it smells just like it make sure yall put my money back bcs I checked out a day eqrly”

“All was good except walls thin heard other tv’s in room connected to us, stomping from people up from us. Noise started like after 10 pm the first day and we reported to staff and they took care of it right away but day 2 noise kept going till after 1 am.”

“The rooms have been redone since last we were here and they look great. We loved not having to carry a key card around, the new coded locks were a plus. We really enjoyed our quick pit stop on our way to Miami and look forward to coming back on our way back home next week.”
