Staff is very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was better in some rooms and worse in others. Some towels were old and worn, but clean.
Towels were old and torn. Mold in shower. No air conditioning although it is advertised as having a/c. Beds are way too hard. Not comfortable sleeping here.
This was a fairly quiet location but easily walkable through Roma Norte, The Reforma and Zona Rosa. Many dining options in the area including in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Hotel que te saca de un apuro. Ya es un hotel medio viejo y los baños no están en las mejores condiciones. El personal, eso sí es MUY atento y servicial.
Very convenient location. 3 convenience stores closeby. Public transport stop is just infront of the hotel, which was convenient. Definitely walkable and you can go to a lot of tourist spots to visit within an hour of walking. Even Constitution Square is just less than an hour walk, for me. Lots of places to eat within a few minutes walk.
Everyone very friendly. I'll definitely will recommended and will come again

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Friendly staffs.
Response quickly if you need help.
Walking distance to metro and bus stations.
But, the the towel and linens are so out dated.
Slow drainage. Inconsistent shower warm water.
spacious and clean. interior room conditions were very well maintained. nice front desk staff. checking in/out was very simple. compared to the nearby hotels friends were staying at, benidorm is superior by far.

Basic hotel, GREAT location.
Very nice and simple hotel, perfectly located in the Roma Norte neighborhood.
A few things to note, on the negative side:
- Internet speed was very, very low
- On some days we only had one bath towels and when we called for more it sounded like an annoyance
- Food at the restaurant in the basement is very, very blend.
This was a very average hotel. Needs updating. Internet was not very good. Lobby is old. Most annoying was the constant smell of cigarette smoke for all 3 nights and 4 days we were there which seemed to come from the service peoples area. Despite our complaints they never addressed the problem. For a few bucks more there are better choices nearby.
On my first day I didn’t have any towels, when I asked the lady that does room service she brought some.
Lots of mosquitoes, been bitten all over the body
Internet reception doesn’t reach in the bathroom, only some areas in the main room
The hotel is worth the price. It is absolutely lovely. The staff is right there to help - I literally had a guy meet me on the corner - where my cab dropped me off to retrieve our bags. There is a restaurant on the sixth floor that overlooks the city that is stunningly beautiful - the food is very good. The service is top notch. Finally, the room was lovely - comfortable and beautifully appointed. It was a great way to end our vacation.
We stayed at this hotel since we were part of a larger group that was staying here. The hotel is conveniently located near the Centro Medico Nacional. We had to attend an event in that location.
Check in was quick. The hotel looks old. The room was not fully clean. It seems ceiling repair work was completed inside the bathroom and the dust was not removed. The shower also had hair. The next day the housekeeper came and clean but forgot to leave the appropriate number of towels. There was no iron in the room but probably available upon request. The restaurant had good service however the menu seems limited. The staff was unwilling to substitute sides or accommodate specific request. Yet the food wasn't bad.
On a very positive note, my wife left some jewelry and cash in the room on top of the table and forgot to place it in the safe. The housekeeper had come in to clean the room, in our absence, and yet nothing was missing. Every piece of gold and the cash were untouched. I was impressed with the honesty and felt it was worh mention.
In conclusion, the location of the hotel was perfect for the purposes of my trip. The hotel was not expensive.
terrace is a Joke, it's a balcony for smokers, shower is moldy and rusty, no face cloths, moldy ceiling tiles, Barking dog all night, thermostat doesn't work, slept with my winter coat on
The staff is great. There are enough people that speak English, if you need that. The rooms are nice enough and clean. This is not a hotel with everything state of the art and top of the line, from U.S. standards, but everything that they did have worked and was clean. I highly recommend.
I also enjoyed the restaurant's breakfast each day.
