The view is amazing, location offers tranquility, ample space in the home for 12 with everything you could possibly need to entertain both children and adults. We had an amazing stay at this property. The description was spot on to what we experienced. The views from every room are awesome and the proximity to town and local nature attractions can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Search no more!
We absolutely could not say enough about our stay at Clint’s place, but I’ll try to sum it up. First of all, the location is perfect! You’re beside the mountains with views of Pike Peak and in close proximity to Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods) Manitou Springs (Pikes Peak Cog Railway), Cripple Creek, Reservoirs and hiking trails. As for the home, we had so much space and never felt crowded, it was clean and we made great use of the deck and grill. We explored the land and hiked up right behind the house for more beautiful views all around us. Clint was quick to communicate and made our stay so welcoming.

Great Vacation
Had an amazing get away at this property! Family was extremely happy with the house as there was plenty of room and all the kids were able to spread out. We saw wildlife almost every single night and the deer even came up really close to the back deck. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation
We had three generations here for a family vacation, the home was just perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The views of Pikes Peak from the house are beautiful. It was private, with no neighbors close by. The hummingbirds outside the kitchen window and on the patio entertained us endlessly, as well as the deer and prairie dogs. It was close to all the local attractions. Perfect location for us and we would definetely recommend the house for others.

Amazing house with even more amazing views!
This house was amazing, the views were awesome and the National Park is your backyard, can’t get much better than that! The owner was super friendly and always answered my questions right away. It is decorated beautifully and has lots of room. Only tip if not traveling with family the bunk room does not have a bathroom and you have to go through the master bedroom to use that full bath and washer and dryer but it did not effect us much. A Tv would be nice in the bunk room at night for the kids but that is just a suggestion not a complaint. I loved walking around the property and into the park, just stunning scenery all around! The pikes peak view was awesome! Wish we had longer there!

Wonderful experience
Great place to enjoy woodland park and surrounding areas. Staying at the ranch gave our trip a much more authentic feel than staying at a normal rental. Communication was great and no issues.
