This is a beautiful hotel. The location is great within walking distance to some of the major attractions. I booked this hotel because of the restaurant and the location. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked about the rooftop bar and the restaurant and the front desk told me that they would check to see if there was even a reservation available… That to me was a bit frustrating since I’m spending a lot to stay at this hotel. We were able to get an early reservation at the rooftop bar and when we arrived, no one was there, but we were given a very poor location. I really had to push a little to get a good spot to have a good view of the sunset. I was told that a lot of places book early for this rooftop bar and restaurant. I would think they would give priority to their hotel guests that was not the case. The next night we had a reservation at the restaurant that we had booked in person and was told we would have one table, but then was given another table in the back when I once again mentioned, that’s not what we were told by Laura in the afternoon the day before they give us a little better spot but again was told that a lot of concierge book this restaurant and location for their guests. I guess my Main recommendation would be if you were staying at this hotel to make sure if you wanna enjoy these beautiful amenities, the rooftop bar and the restaurant. Make sure you book your reservations well in advance. Both gentlemen that work the entrance were the best. Front desk 🙁

Everything about the property and staff is excellent. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything, yet it’s quaint and quiet. The property is well appointed and well maintained. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. We would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Rome. If all goes according to plan, we will return in January or February when the temperatures will be a little more mild.
