Short visit in the Springs

Loved this property! It's a very clever use of a basement apartment, clean and well equipped. It's perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood and we found it close to everything, including family we were visiting.

Felt like home

I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy basement apartment while working in Colorado Springs, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a productive yet relaxing stay.The kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The apartment had a warm, welcoming feel, making it a great place to unwind after a very long day.Lisa, the host, was outstanding. She was attentive, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay even better.If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay in Colorado Springs, whether for work or leisure, I highly recommend this property. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Mom/daughter cheer trip

My daughter an I were in town for a Cheer competition. We loved this cute little home. Perfect for the 2 of us and it had everything we needed. Very charming and close to everything. The owner was great as well, very quick to reply to any of my questions. If I will come back to this area I will for sure book again.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

The property was true to the listing, even down to the Mountain View. Amenities were great, communication with the host was easy. We stayed a week and will use this place again if we ever come back to the Colorado Springs area.

Perfect Colorado Getaway

Wow, what a great place to stay for a week! It was such a private, quiet spot with all the amenities I’d home. The shower was a little difficult to get in and out of with old knees, but that would be my only complaint. Lisa was easy to get ahold of and was very responsive. The couch was so comfortable to relax in after a busy day. We will be happy to get back there in the future!!

Amazing Stay!

What a wonderful, relaxing space this was. Great location - walkable to many places. Mountain view was a nice bonus. So clean and tidy and had everything i needed and then some. 10/10 would stay here again!

Comfy and Great Location

Overall our stay was wonderful! The neighborhood was quiet, the apartment was decorated very cute and felt cozy. The only downside was you do have to walk up and down some pretty steep stairs to come in and out of unit and we both found it a bit difficult to get in and out of the “rustic” bathtub due to high-sides you had to step over.

Beautiful getaway

The place was cozy, just perfect for me and my wife, and the location was great. We visited so many incredible sites and none took more than an hour and a half - many took only minutes!

Lovely, Quiet Apartment

The property was quiet, peaceful and quite large. I was able to relax and rest peacefully while there. Lisa is a wonderful host and was there when I needed her. I highly recommend this vrbo if you're staying in the Colorado Springs area.

Quiet and cozy

The location is in the city but it's quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of the mountains. I truly appreciated the comfortable bed and care the host takes. Thank you!

Slack memorial

We picked this property for its proximity to our friend’s home and the event venue. We were then greeted by our “hostess with the mostest.” We went to the wrong door after a longer expected travel day. Lisa’s property is by far, the cleanest, well decorated and stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. We both thought the “cowboy shower” was a great touch!

Between site seeing, food recommendations, and even checking in to make sure the temperature is comfortable. You're not her guest, she treats you like family!!
