Colorado Christmas
We came into town to visit family for Christmas. We loved our little cabin. A Christmas tree was put up which made the already inviting space even more cozy. The location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and any attractions we were interested in. Debra left Christmas cookies for us and checked in to ensure we didn't have any additional needs. When back in the area, we'll be sure to book again.

Great little cottage, less than a mile away from Broadmoor. I had a few days of vacation, and 5 days of conference. I was close to the conference site, without being tied down to the hotel. I had my own space, a washer and dryer, my car in the driveway and less than 30 minutes to multiple nearby sites of interest!

Great experience!
We loved this cozy little cottage stay! It was in a fabulous area that was close enough to tons of things to do but far enough away that it was quiet and comfortable as well. We especially enjoyed getting to see the wildlife in the mornings and early evenings in the yard and nearby. Would definitely recommend and return!

This property is situated in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs close to the canyons. Perfect for going to Garden Of The Gods and Seven Falls and whatever hiking you would like to do. Very quiet laid back location. Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Exceeded Expectations!
Property was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities and more. Kitchen was easy to work in and had everything we needed. Family room furniture was extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the shower was fabulous too. We will definitely return. The porch also has comfy furniture and is a fun place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Colorado Springs wedding trip!
We were in Colorado Springs to attend a destination wedding, and this cottage was absolutely perfect for us! It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, while still being conveniently located to all of the wonderful sites to see. It was charmingly decorated, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Great value and location
The Broadmoor area of this property is our favorite in Colorado springs, and the price is very fair. The window A/C units were great to have but typically noisy. The kitchen has full-size appliances, including a laundry stack. Limited glassware was okay for a cottage for two on a tree-shaded street with its own long driveway. The bedroom and living room are spacious. To upgrade nearby we'd have had to spend more, hence 4 stars.

Lovely little cottage!
This was our 3rd time staying here because it’s just a perfect fit for what we need while in Colorado. Debra is always very accommodating and accessible and pleasant to work with. As always we were visited by the local deer grazing and napping in the yards. Close to all the attractions and quiet neighborhoods nestled at the base of the mountains. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Spent a week in Colorado Springs and this cottage was perfect! It is located right in the middle of Colorado Springs and all the sites are within a very short drive. The cottage itself was clean and very homey. The property manager was very responsive to questions and was very attentive to our needs. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings! Would definitely stay here again!!

This home is in a wonderful location. Close to Manaitou springs, pikes Peak and the garden of the gods. Had everything I needed in the kitchen and then some.(lots of spices) loved the back patio and fire pit.

Perfect place to stay for a day or week ( or month) We stay at VRBO’s often and this one was just as stated and even better ! Debra thought of all the items one needs ( even coffee and wrinkle release ) plus an iron /board … Didnt take advantage of the grill and outdoors but just didn’t have time

The cottage is wonderfully located; perfect for observing the local deer population and in close proximity to the Cheyenne Mt. Zoo! It was outfitted nicely, and deeply cleaned prior to our arrival. Check-in, and Check-out were super easy. I gladly recommend this tucked away getaway for any couple looking for a place to stay!!! The owners were fantastic, you can’t ask for better hosts.

Location was perfect ! Cottage was supplied with more than we anticipated ! Loved the deer visiting in the yard ! The only minor thing would be the deep dip at the end of the driveway that scrapes the bottom of your car. If that was fixed, it would be perfect ! That said - we would definitely stay there again !

I brought my daughter for a kids vacay. We enjoyed this place very much. Had all the things we would need being home away from home. It was a great location to the zoo, hikes, falls, and Pikes Peak. very nice, cozy cabin style. Very comfortable oversize king bed. All amenities and overall ambience very nice. Only drawback was the deep trash at the end of the driveway pulling out onto the street. This is just a function of the way the neighborhood was built but people need to remember to drive slowly. Other than that we highly recommend this location!
