Very easy to find and so much to do in the area. Staff friendly and check in was efficient. Indoor pool and hot tub awesome. Lots of places to eat within easy driving distance.

The check-in was great, the pool was really nice and convenient. Breakfast was nice and clean. My only issue is why all the doors slam every time you open them in the entire property, quieter doors would help in the echoing hallways. Also the bathroom toilet seats shouldn't slam . Other than that I would stay again , just bring earplugs.

The first room we were put in had not been cleaned. We were promptly relocated, but the pool & spa seemed to be in the same condition. The kids had fun swimming but adults opted to stay out of the water. lol.

Really enjoyed our time here! Very close to Garden of the gods and to everything else. Breakfast was good, wish they added potatoes to the menu as well. Overall good stay and would definitely come back to stay here in the future!

The staff was friendly I could not print documents off my flash drive. The " business center" would/could not accommodate that function. Ripped and taped chair in the area There was peeling wallpaper in the shower. My coffee maker in the room had a used coffee pack in it. I asked why the complimentary breakfast did not offer any type of muffin- I was told they would never carry/ offer it.

This is a very well run facility. I had an unusual need for a large bandaid. The staff did a very good search but they didn't have any. Breakfast was not the best but we saw them feeding those in need as well.

There was no drawer to store clothes, when I got the hot tub in the bedroom, also there was dust and when I requested a cleaning service, they didn’t give us toilet paper, neither refill the coffee or clean the mirror. After I requested for it to be done, then they did it.

Nice property, older but well-maintained. Staff was nice, good breakfast. Our neighboring guests were loud both nights we were there. Since there was very little in the way of guests it would have been nice to space out the guests so it would have been quieter.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was easy check in and out. The rooms are large and the bathroom is spacious. The beds are a little harder than we would like. The housekeeper was extremely rude and not friendly-not once did she address us when we walked by nor tell us good morning. She always had a scowl on her face and when asked for a trash bag or exchange towels, there was alot of unnecessary attitude. The food was not very good-"fresh" eggs and sausage- so we only ate the food once. There was fresh fruit, coffee, apple juice, water, cereals and a waffle maker with syrup.

The hotel is clean and was a great place to stay! We came in 30 minutes before checkin and the lady at the front desk was really rude to us. Then two other people showed up at 2:50 to check in and she checked them in and loudly announced to us that she had “checked our room and it was clean”. She refused to check the room just 20 minutes earlier.

We chose this property because of the amenities and reviews and were a little disappointed. The staff was helpful and the room was clean but I was underwhelmed by the common areas. The hallway and elevator carpeting was pretty dirty along with the gym- looked like it hadn’t been dusted or wiped down in a while. In general I’d say this hotel was above average for the area and we slept fine since it was just a quick overnight stay. I did love the proximity to the area attractions.
