When you enjoy craft beer, why wouldn’t you like to stay at a brewery? And if you’re traveling with a dog, this is the place to stay! Upon first pulling into the parking lot, it was a little difficult to figure out where the hotel is. It’s also a long walk with luggage from a full parking lot to the hotel check-in. But the walk lets you see all the fun happening here. Families with kids and/or dogs eating and drinking on the patio. Groups gathered around the gas fire pit. Garage doors open to the restaurant and the hotel lobby. A pond with water fountains separates the venue from a fenced in dog park. A mulched pathway goes around a second pond and passes by a hop yard. All of this with a free beer and cookie upon check-in, a knowledgeable young lady who told us about Brewdog’s beers and its origins, a delicious DeNiro pizza ordered from the restaurant followed by a comfortable room impressed me enough to write this review.

Brew Dog Doghouse was a cool place to stay for beer lovers. Breakfast is a nice plus and the comp beermosas were really good. Our only complaint was it's noisy because of all the concrete. The noise carries so it's tough to get a good sleep.

Very nice hotel. The restaurant has a good selection on the menu. The rooms are really cool with two beer fridges, a guitar to play and a record player with albums you can use. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was a fun place to stay. Enjoyed that restaurant was in the same place. Even though I did not bring a pet, I am happy that this is a pet friendly hotel. I enjoyed a couple of the craft beers and the beermosa it was delicious. Thank you, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back and stay again. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.

The staff even made our two dogs feel welcomed. It’s not easy finding a good place to stay that accepts dogs. We had a great time and easy access to Hocking Hills.

Great idea, terrible execution. All but one staff member in the hotel check in, bar, breakfast area were so rude. Museum was closed. I’ve had better arrive and food at the Holiday Inn. Honestly would recommend staying at the holiday inn, saving lots of money and just coming over for some beers 🍻 on the patio in the evening.

Staying at the Hotel was very convenient for walking to the attached brewery and restaurant. The room initially given to me had very dirty sheets. I was quickly given a new room with apologies. Staff were very good and understanding. Getting to and from the parking lot to the hotel was inconvenient. A long walk, and no area to pull up to the door. Also, you needed to walk through an outdoor patio eating area, which felt uncomfortable dragging baggage. Overall, the hotel placement felt more like an afterthought as they were building the brewery but it was a new experience that I enjoyed “once”.

Upon arrival, we came to the realization that it’s not very handicap friendly as it’s about a 300 foot walk to the front door from the parking lot. The floor in our room was sticky and appeared like it had been mopped with a dirty mop. My mother who is 82 years old slipped getting into the shower. Then slipped getting out of the shower, and the shower door almost came off its roller. Door was missing the keeper at the bottom of the shower door. We didn’t even stay one night, but was charged for one night. Very disappointed it looked like it could’ve been a cool place to stay.

Put me in the DogHouse!
The Doghouse was a saving grace for our time in Columbus. We were there to be with a family member in hospice over the last 3 weeks. The Doghouse gave us an escape. The lobby has multiple comfy seating areas with books and games. When BrewDog Brewery closes you head to the lobby & hotel bar stays open until 2am. The staff is chill and friendly. There are dogs coming and going with staff and guests. I love how quirky it is. They offer you a check in beer and beermosa with breakfast in the morning. The rooms have a fridge in the bathroom for shower beers! And you can order a hot dog 24/7! I'm sure it's packed in the summer with the dog park. We are planning a fun getaway there soon with a group of family and friends. Also, can't wait to visit their sister hotels in the UK. Thank You DogHouse staff for taking good care of us!

The bathroom was dirty, sink did not drain properly, the shampoo bottle was completely empty so i had no shampoo. The body wash in the shower and the hand soap at the sink were both filled with water. My room did not have any coffee. Housekeeping needs to do better, it was terrible!

Loved this place more than words!
This place is Disney for adults. We absolutely loved it. We stayed in the brewmasters suite and it was very spacious. Every single detail was thought about which, as a designer, is something that is always exciting for me. Loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning and the beermosas were creative and delicious. The attached railtrail was a nice addition to walk off our hangovers in the am. Can’t wait to come back!

The long unassisted walk over gravel to bring in suitcases is a deal breaker. The hotel was constructed as an add on to the restaurant and brew bar. As a result, parking is not at all convenient to hotel. Luggage must be carried over a long gravel pathway. The sidewalk is blocked by bubble pods.

Unique, friendly place
The moment you walk in you know this is going to be a great experience. The staff is very friendly and personable. You are greeted with a check in beer and also receive a beer and cookie in the evening. Breakfast is very good also. The rooms are clean and very unique. You are just steps from the Brewdog bar and restaurant. Highly recommended.

Bucket list destination!
This hotel is awesome!!! We saw it on a TV show a few years back and it became a bucket list destination … “never more than an arm’s length away from a beer”! And the shower beers! So fun! The staff weren’t super welcoming, but were friendly enough. The suite was worth the upgrade - so cool to open the garage door to the brewery barrels … this place is a must-see!! The room was well-stocked with snacks and different beer choices for purchase - the record player was a great touch! Our only complaint was the pillows - WAY too big and hard. Do yourself a favor and stop at the Walmart down the street … we stayed two nights and while we would go back in a heartbeat, we didn’t sleep well. The food (including the continental breakfast) was REALLY good … the berry beermosa is a morning must!! This place is dog friendly … and super clean!! Never once smelled any evidence of dogs … the floors are all concrete (bring some slippers, too!). We’ll definitely be back!!

The overall facility was very nice. The lobby and rooms were very unique and fun. We arrived late and had to walk across a gravel area with our luggage. That was not very pleasant. The breakfast bar looked impressive but the food was not very good. We’d like to come back again when we can experience the restaurant and brewery but this trip was a little disappointing.
