Graduation weekend stay
Easy Livin’ was a great spot to stay for OSU graduation weekend. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house is about 20 minutes from campus, and there are plenty of nice restaurants near by. One evening we had dinner at Dos Hermanos-highly recommend.

Very accommodating
I and two friends stayed here to attend a conference that was close by. Nice place to come back from the conference to stay and relax after the event. Hot tub was a hit! The private back yard and hot tub area was nice ! If I had to critique anything, the need for some better stove top cook ware would be a bit of improvement, but we managed. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The little things
I would say this place really deserves a 3.5/5. There are a few things that need work probably more seating, more coffee cups. Etcc. If this place can host 6 people it probably needs sux of at least the basic utensil etc. Where it really needs help is a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The vents were filthy. The kitchen floor moved around. All the outlets are broken. Normally this wouldn't bother me except i have small kids with small fingers, easy to get pinched. The owner did say this was a kid appropriate house but wouldn't stay there again. Which is two bad because the owners were great and location was awesome. Really wanted to leave a good review.

We really appreciate the feedback and have gone through the house to do a deep clean, replaced a bunch of missing/broken items, and made repairs.

Good stay but attention to details would make it better
The house was easy to find and close to lots of amenities but the neighborhood was less than ideal except for the nearby park. The house could use a deep clean with new pots and pans and kitchen supplies. For a house that sleeps several adults and children, the living room only has one small couch. Also, the house doesn’t do well for young kids going to bed for you can hear everything! Suggestion, bring a sound machine to help children sleep. When the internet stopped working because of a payment issue, the homeowners responded quickly.

Weekend in Columbus
Location and house are great for families with kids! Lots to do within just a few minutes. The fenced in backyard and hot tub are a nice bonus too. There are plenty of baby proofing options which I appreciate with my 2 toddlers. My only minor complaint is the bedding was littered with dog hair which is not a complete surprise in a pet friendly home. Otherwise everything was great, would stay again

A Very Merry Christmas!
Our family of 6 adults had a great stay while in town to visit family for Christmas. The house has a lot of nice touches including a fully stocked coffee bar and a working skeeball game. The holiday decorations (including a beautiful Christmas tree!) were a wonderful surprise! Rachel is a great communicator. We had all the attention we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay in Columbus
We had a great stay in Columbus. The back yard is wonderful for dogs and entertaining. I (unsurprisingly) forgot one of my personal items at the property and Rachel was willing to coordinate a pickup time after I had checked out. The house was very clean upon arrival. My only complaint is a few of the amenities listed did not work very well or at all including skee-ball, master bedroom TV, and the popcorn machine. The lawn was also well overdue for a trim. I definitely recommend staying at this property!

There were a few issues with the property but nothing major. Rachel was incredibly responsive! Everything—including the city—is nearby. The house and neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay!

I arrived for our stay at Easy Livin by Easton with my husband and our 4 children 4 and 2 dogs. We are looking to purchase a home in the Powell area and we are relocating from out of state. I was absolutely impressed with all of the little touches in housekeeping. There was a very clear process for checking in/out and the house looked like it had been cleaned adequately. The owner has a very thoughtfully filled the kitchen and children's play area with all the accessories needed to make a stay with a family easy. We had an issue with the front door lock and she immediately had a solution that did not derail us for our plans that day. I had no issue with neighbors or our dogs escaping the yard because the fence is properly installed. It was so close to Easton that we were able to get out for ice cream and the American Girl/Lego store for our kids. I couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Huge kudos to the owners of this place. They are wonderful!!! I would seek them out personally for the next time we came to the area.

Great location and property
The place was wonderful. Well stocked with everything we needed for our trip and very convenient to Easton. Backyard was large with a nice fire pit. Also enjoyed the hot tub and beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful Home in Good Location
I stayed here with a couple girlfriends for a Girl's Weekend. The home is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect as it was close to Easton and though in a packed suburb type area, was nice and quiet. We did have an issue with having no heat, but the property owner was immediate to get back to me about our concern and did everything she could on a Saturday evening to contact maintenance and offered to run over space heaters if we needed. It was a chilly 59 degrees when we got up the next morning, but we survived lol I don't feel it would be fair to fault the property or property owner for an unfortunate incident that was nobody's fault and she tried her best to help! Would definitely stay here again!

I had to take photos of the multiple areas that were not cleaned prior to my stay… I wasn’t even gonna mention it since it delivered on everything else? But later we found out we had to go without the Wi-Fi which was a major reason we couldn’t totally enjoy the ambiance or game night experience. But overall, I would use them again we cause they were professional about how to handle the matter! Really comfy beds, too!!

As a host, it is important to meet and exceed our guests expectations. You were without wifi for about 2 hours of your stay due to construction in the area, and we immediately jumped on the phone with tech support. Shortly after I got off the phone with them, we were notified our cameras and locks were back online. We still offered a partial refund. We were also notified by both cleaners and our neighbors that there were 2-3 times as many people at our house then our max occupancy, which is very much against our house rules. Had you reached out during your stay (or even after your stay) with any cleanliness issues; we would’ve been more than happy to address them.

Amazing house with good location.
My husband and I stayed at the house while traveling to Ohio for an OSU graduation for a family member. The location of the house was great. It was a short drive to the university and it was a few minutes from a major shopping center. Once we arrived to the house, we were immediately pleased with how clean the house was. The house stocked with all necessities: clean towels, well stocked kitchen, etc. Exactly what we needed. Although we did not use the hot tub, it was ready and running for us when we got there. The fenced in backyard was great for our pups. I highly recommend this house.

Long shopping spree
My wife and I decided to bring our two small Pomeranians up for the weekend to do some shopping. We tried to find a house that was close to everything….. and boy was this ever. It was literally less than a five minute drive to Easton and all that it has to offer. An Uber ride was fairly inexpensive as well and we got to where we needed to go in less than 15 minutes from the time we booked the ride to our arrival. The house itself is great. Spacious, three bedrooms and two full baths. Very neat and clean, bathroom amenities provided…. Even a nice salt scrub for your hands my wife enlightened me on. The skeeball machine was neat, hot tub as always was amazing on a chilly December night after a long day of shopping. The garage was nice to park your car inside to avoid the cold or rain/snow. The owners were super attentive and easy to contact and great to work with. The back yard was huge…. Fenced in completely, which was nice for our pups, and was private for the late night hot tub experience. We were very pleased overall and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great extra touches and location!
We stayed here for one night as a girls trip with my three teenagers and my fourth “daughter” (longtime student and now friend) after a special dog rescue event in Gahanna. The fenced in yard and step-out to patio was great for our 2 basset hounds, which are big dogs on little legs. The rooms were spotless and the house felt easy to move through. Although we weren’t with small children—having had 3 under 2 at one point I would have loved a bright safe crib, diapers in bathroom storage, and awesome classic toys (barn and animals, books, puzzles) in the house without me having to pack them. Ample towels and bedding was available and the mud room washer/dryer meant no going home with wet suits after using the hot tub! Such a great amenity and well maintained. We went to both Ikea (17 min drive) and Easton (5-8 min drive depending on store) with no traffic problems from the location—super convenient and accessible. This would be an ideal long term stay if you were in town for a lengthy job interview or training—it’s completely prepped for “in case you forgot,” which is a relief when you are traveling. We attend this fundraiser every year so we plan on returning to this cute little house for sure!

We stayed for the weekend and the house was perfectly located in a safe neighborhood conveniently located with nearby shopping. The back yard was fenced in for our puppies and we all loved the hot tub. Entertainment wise our kids loved making popcorn and playing skew all while watching TV. The listing had an arcade game when we rented and it was no longer there. The house has been updated and the kitchen was very nice and well supplied. If in Columbus we would love to stay here again. Very nice VRBO.

We had a great stay at this house! We came with our two young children and parents. There is a crib, toys, high chair, and sippy cups for kids. The hot tub was perfect in the evening. It's located right next to a ton of shopping and restaurants and also close proximity to the highway. The host was super responsive when I contacted them about the ice maker not working; the property manager brought ice and ice cub trays within about an hour!

Quiet Neighborhood and Convenient Location
Used this VRBO to stay at for a weekend wedding. The location of the house in proximity to the wedding was the reason I choose this place. Also being so close to Easton is convenient for any thing we forgot. Pop in to Target or Walmart if you forget something and plenty of food options in the area. The house accommodated our needs and the host was very quick in her responses to my messages. The house does seem to be unfinished. Certain little details like outlet covers don’t match, some trim not there, chair in living room had a leg broke on it, no shelving in showers to put your shampoo bottle on, floor registers are not installed correctly, and the laminate flooring has a hollow pinging sound to it whomever walks on it. There is a loud neighbor dog that barks in the morning, but it doesn’t last long. Overall this place is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the host is excellent.

Perfect spot for a family getaway
This home is so perfect for family fun! It's close to a shopping area with lots of dinner options. It's within a 20-minute drive of downtown. The hot tub was fantastic. The three bedrooms were comfortable. The games room was super fun. The hosts had nice toiletries if you forgot anything! My only warning is the dining room is right, so if you rely on eating at a table, it will be tough. I recommend this rental 100%!

Nice house.
Great, cozy place for any family staying in the Columbus area. There were 5 in our party, and the house was a perfect size. Close to so many entertainment areas as well as great attractions. Communication with agent was great with almost immediate responses. House smelled fresh and the A/C was already running upon our arrival. Street is narrow when cars park on both sides, so definitely use the driveway and my F-150 nor my brother-in-laws Jeep would not fit in garage, but if you are travelling in anything smaller, the garage was available for use. Great place overall.
