The outside was very appealing. The inside was not so great. I stayed in the double bed with pull out couch room. Everything was super outdated. We had a kitchenette with no utensils, no plates, paper towels etc. we booked the room for 5 people and we had 3 towels in the room. When we called for more, they told us we would have to come get them. The pull out bed did not have sheets, blankets or pillows. The regular beds were ridiculously hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. There was someone in the room above us and i don’t know what they were doing but we could hear them walking and thudding all night even they have a “quiet time” from 10pm to 8am. I am not impressed and will not stay here again.

Room was filthy. Other people’s shaving hairs all over the sink, used towels behind the door. Floors made our feet black in 20 min. Said complimentary breakfast, which ended up being packet oatmeal for your room.

Don’t book this hotel. They first gave up the room we booked and then split us up in two rooms. The hotel smelled so bad of mold and other food odor we had to lower down the AC and left the room for the air to circulate.

The facility and room are clean, bed comfortable. My only negatives are lack of an ice machine and the "breakfast" was coffee, oatmeal packet, and some packaged muffins. No fruit or juice, let alone any hot items. You also have to ask for dishes, utensils, cookware As I was here only 1 night, that was not an issue. The area is quiet with many restaurants nearby.

Wet dog smell
The bedroom door was wide open when we arrived. The reason was probably due to the wet dog smell that permeated the room. This smell did not go away and made for a quick retreat in the morning.

The room was a good size, bed was comfortable, kitchen fridge and microwave were clean. Faucets were old, hallways were in need of vacuuming, floors in room needed dusting. Breakfast was only packets of instant oatmeal! No hangers at all! Needed to ask for even basic, cheap dishes! Bring your own kitchen items and breakfast food. Location is covenient to highways, restaurants. Have mixed feelings - overall was fine, but no hangers, etc., was a surprise!

You get what you pay for, it’s not a 5star hotel but the place is a bit run down. Stayed for 2nights and I gotta say that both nights of our stay we all woke up in the middle of the night due to people (a man and woman) shouting/arguing in the hallway. Not clean enough!
I only stayed for one night. The room at first glance appeared clean but stay in there more than 5 minutes and the unkept environment was very apparent. The floors were not cleaned in a while. Lots of fingerprints everywhere. Toilet didn’t work properly. Had to flush twice because the tank would not fill properly the first flush and the toilet seat was not fastened down on one side which maintenance was not on site until Monday to fix it. My wife and I had to wipe down a bunch of surfaces within the first 10 minutes of staying there. The front desk was very understanding and helpful but their hands were tied when it comes to certain things. If they establish a cleaner standard then it would be worth the stay if price was about 80-90 a night. Not worth 100/night how it is now!

Clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. It’s not luxurious but it had everything we needed. Decor seems a little older, but Staff was friendly, room was clean and well maintained. Looks like first floor hallway is getting some new flooring and was in process of being renovated. Lots to do in the area.

The room was dirty and run down. The shower was so bad that none of us felt comfortable using it. We needed extra bedding for the pull out couch, but nobody was at the lobby desk, so we had to call to get in touch with someone. The breakfast offering was coffee and packaged muffins and granola bars. The best thing I can say is that provided a roof over our heads for a night.

booked several weeks early through Expedia. Called night of arrival at 11:30 pm to confirm soon arrival. Woman at front desk confirmed and said to come when we can. Arrived at the property at 12:20am, and night desk person said we did no longer had our room. he was very helpful on calling local properties but none were available. we had to drive thru the night for home.

The room smelled terrible and made my family feel nauseous within 5 minutes. The floor had not been vacuumed, there was trash in the sofa bed, the counter top was pulling away from the door, there were crumbs on the cabinetry, there was a hole in the wall from the door knob. We were unable to stay here due to these conditions. When I called the following to speak to a manager about a refund the person on the phone was unhelpful and rude.

This hotel was disgusting. We didn't even stay there because of the filthiness, holes in the wall, no bathroom in our room and could barely breath in the room. Staff was pleasant and refunded me immediately. Wouldn't recommend staying there at all. EVER!

I think I got "taken " When I arrived, they said the room I was to get had gotten flooded and they could put us in another room for no cost increase - have not gotten the receipt yet but I think it is about $30 more. Original room was to be a small suite that sleeps 6 maximum - room obtained had king bed and a sofa bed. King OK but sofa had a badly stained mattress, sheets too small. Will not stay there again.

They did not have a portable crib available. Also the room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and not swept well. There also wasn't any bedding for the pull out in the room. I had to ask at the desk.

They did not have the room I booked available. Booked a deluxe king; ended up with a small full room. Still charged the same price. TV didn’t work. Smelled throughout the hotel. Breakfast was granola bars.

Nasty tub backed u and toilet didn’t flush tablet and drain hairs in the bed as that didn’t work whenever went to check in later in the evening receptionist was moody and snappy and not hospitable
