I wasn’t able to check in right away because of a computer issue and the attendant made it out to be all my fault with my credit card. Finally I brought a male family member in with me and she “remembered” the computer had an issue and was able to process my transaction. She wasn’t very friendly.

The staff was downright rude. Our room was not cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned/no fresh towels. Breakfast room was filthy with coffee/food shortages. Elevators need serviced. One routinely stopped 3 inches short of the floor, the other had a door that scraped & screeched when closing. Won’t be using Hampton again.

The hotel is near mall area in Easton with multiple restaurants conveniently nearby. That is the main plus point. There are 3 things were things could have been much better - (1) the elevators need upgrade/repair.. they are very loud and felt like going through mine shaft when using them (2) on the first day, the breakfast did not start until 6:45am when the official time is 6am. The reason given was that the staff did not come in time. It really inconvenienced us as we had counted on early breakfast in our day’s subsequent plans (3) the room is small in case you are staying for long duration and have good number of bags with you.

Need nicer staff at the front. No extra remotes when ours didnt work and was told they are only programmed for that specific tv (even though our second room, which was on a different floor) worked fine. Asked if could switch room types so we would be closer to teenagers and told "we probaly dont have any". Thanks for checking! Also no pool towels and asked if regular towels and was told no towels at all in the hotel. Maybe need to hire more housekeeping if thats the case or buy more towels! Disappointing for a Hampton, we usually choose to stay in them. We will not stay at this one again.
