Had to help out a family member with some household stuff and it’s near by so saving a family member from making two trips into town I figured I stay here rooms are always clean and very quiet and spacious

Had a really nice stay Friday and Saturday night.. Sat breakfast was awesome..Sunday breakfast was horrible biscuits was hard as rocks no eggs in the tray..the lady replenishing the food was very rude to guests and was very slow at filling things up.. Check out was 12 on Sunday and at 930 the cleaning persons came around banging on the door with it card or something and then they was very loud..those couple people on sunday needed to just stay home..

The staff was very nice, the hotel room was clean and updated and the kids enjoyed the pool also conveniently located right by a grocery store I would recommend and look forward to staying again

I was very pleased with my accommodation at the Holiday Inn in Gahanna Ohio. The room was impeccably, clean, and very well appointed with dove products. I was there for a conference and enjoyed the refrigerator microwave and included breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our rental vehicle was a target for a smash and grab along with our cousins rental vehicle. There was 4-5 vehicles that were vandalized where the window was smashed. The hotel was okay but the area didnt feel safe after that especially with small children.

Overall, not bad
The staff were delightful, kind, helpful and proactive. The room had a slightly musty smell, presumably from the air conditioner. The outside (lower front) of the toilet had not been cleaned and looked like it needed it.
