I did not get the room that I reserved. The safety bar in the bathtub actually came off when I used it in the shower. I have stayed at Homewood Suites before and loved them but this was noisy and dirty. The front desk person was helpful but after this experience I will stay at an Airbnb next time.
The rooms are updated and each one has a kitchen which made it super convenient. There are barbecues outside but they need some improving. We still managed to use them. And the service people were great at the hotel. Except there was a guy named Carlton that worked at the front desk and he was not helpful both times when I stayed at this hotel. Just not very cooperative or helpful man. However I still enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it and other staff members were good to work with.
I liked how close it was to the event we were attending. I didn't like how cold the pool was.

Cant complain about the room as it was what we needed. We stayed there for 5 days and no housekeeping. There was a sign in our bathroom that said housekeeping every other day. I went and got our own towels from the front desk and Cory, which had been very helpful asked if we had received any housekeeping. I told him no and he said he would let them know because we should have. When we checked out at 430am we let them know again we Never received any housekeeping and they told my husband we had to request it. Since when do you have to request housekeeping when you stay in a hotel. Not to mention we never seen housekeeping there at all.

I usually get early check in but they didn't do it so was kinda upset about that because i had to do something at 1pm and they wouldn't let me check in till 3 pm so i missed my event at 1pm

While the location and rooms were rather dated, the convenience and price were what we were looking for while staying in town to attend an Ohio State game. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection offered at the included breakfast as well. We would stay here again

Staff was great. Room smells is not good. I had to check out three different rooms before I accepted one that smelled okay. Kitchen floor is always sticky.

We apologize for the problems you had while you were here. So sorry that you had to go through that. Thank you for the review and bringing the problems to our attention.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this property, unless you want to sleep in your car and/or wait around the lobby for hours waiting for a room to become available. Lots of guests were left waiting for hours for rooms because the hotel has poor management. Desk staff was great but they have limited capabilities when rooms aren't clean. Was able to finally check in a little after 5:30 pm. Some good that does when you have an earlier event and a 6 am flight. Definitely put a damper on what was a great vacation.

I loved it! Although a/c wasn’t working properly the good outweigh the bad and I enjoyed everything about it. The staff was very friendly throughout entire stay. I have definitely found a new place to always come back to. Excellent service. Everything was right there for us!

The room was covered in ants all over the wall and everywhere ... asked to be moved to another room but was told no available rooms all sold out .. refused to give us a refund
