I did not feel safe here. Since there were no other hotels available near here, I had to stay here.

Bad hotel. Hotels..com shuld be doing better

Homeless people in hallway, ASked for non smoking and only had smoking rooms. Asked for a refund. They said fine contact hotels.com. Contacted hotels.com and they could not get hotel to answer phone.

Feel screwed

Actual stay was ok. My issue was I booked 11 nights thru hotels.com. I spoke with Value Place to confirm that I could check out a day or 2 early and was told absolutely. When I tried to check out 2 days early the front desk was very cold and matter of fact and so no. I told them of my call and they basically just thought I was making it up. Disappointed in they would not honor their statement and was more disappointed in the arrogant attitude of the front desk.

Broken toilet no one there to fix it. Nothing really more to say that was good. If you just need to sleep its OK.

Horrible Customer Service

No one ever came to the front desk after I was guranteed late arrival, called and called and no one answered. Had to leave to the hotel next door. The following day I was charged twice, after having to pay $127 at the hotel next door because no one came to the desk. The staff member at the desk did not care one bit, she gave me a key the following day and didn't bother to even give me a room number or directions to my room, until I came back and asked. Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Don't ever stay here!

If you want to live in this place that's all it's good for. If on business don't ever stay here There were little kids jumping and running in room above me the whole week I was here. I got no sleep at all. Doors slamming all hours of night. Families are living here. This is not a hotel. The kitchens have no dishes or pots and pans or utensils. You cannot use the kitchen ! Stay away from this place !

The hotel seemed clean enough, but just wasn't inviting. It is definitely a "no frill" stay.I couldn't find checkout instructions in my room, on my paperwork, or at the office on sunday morning. NO one was in the office Sunday morning and I don't think were going to be till 3pm. No coffee pot in the room or by the office. The path wore in the grass between the front of the hotel and the gas station next door, should have been a clue.If it had been a $50-60/night room, it would have made more sense. It was fairly easy to get to the Buckeyes' game from there,which is why I was there.

worse experience EVER!!

I have never experience a worse stay in my life. This hotel was horrible. they didn't clean every day. I got locked out a few times because the key didn't work and had to way like an hour for them to assist me. then they charge me twice and i'm having a hard time getting my money back.
