“Good location for those wanting to be in old town Tacoma. Clean and simple process to get in and out.”

“Great views and has everything you need.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). It was just right for our family of 4 and a perfect location for our day trips to Seattle and Olympic park. Very comfortable beds. Thank you for the perfect stay!”

“We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. The condo was in a wonderful neighborhood and we enjoyed walking the sidewalks and enjoying the beautiful scenery of fall trees in the cool weather. We live in Florida , so we do not really have a change of seasons. The condo was cute, clean, and comfortable and the jet tub was a...

“ADORED every single thing about this property! From the stunning, snow-capped peak (mountain view) out the building front door to the perfect bed and ideal shower pressure…it was divine. For a downtown CITY stay, it was surprisingly quiet! The parking spot made the whole trip a breeze with no worries, as did the dishwasher and the private washer/dryer. Everything was spacious and SO CLEAN. Met a few friendly neighbors and (sadly, only once) the absolutely gorgeous cat Merlin, next door…looked...

“Extremely kind, patient, accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. Went above and beyond to ensure I had what was needed. Super cute rental. Beautifully furnished and clean. Great place to stay if you have difficulty with stairs or getting in and out of a standard bathtub. Kind and considerate neighbors. Quiet and peaceful area, which was a pleasant surprise given the location. 10 stars. A”

“Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. ”

“This property was wonderful. The check in was easy, very clean, well stocked, easy parking, quiet neighborhood and great communication. The view was spectacular. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit. A big thank you to our host.”

“Great clean place to stay. Very secure and very comfortable”

“Great location, good restaurants nearby. Thank you Travis. ”

“Condo was extremely well maintained and had all the ammenities that I needed to feel at home over a three week stay. Host was extremely responsive and caring! Great stay! ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was immaculate, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone.”

“The place wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floor pretty noticeably had lint and dog hair. No scrubber for washing dishes.Dishes weren’t put away. (Left in dishwasher)No noticeable dish towels. But appreciated the appliances: StoveToasterFridgeReally appreciated the 2 bedrooms.A good place to lay your head and not feel like there’s roaches in the corners of your room. Definitely nice place to get away from the noise.”

“Very clean, quiet area, great view overall very happy with the condo. ”

“A great stay at a comfortable apartment. The owner Ron was extremely responsive when we reached out to him during our multi-week stay. I highly recommend him and the apartment!”

“Everything was wonderful and we would stay there again. Parking was very tight though so if you have a large vehicle it might be a problem. Parking on the street is an option but we wanted our vehicle more secure. Very clean and comfy place overall.”
