Pros- Beautiful hotel ambiance gorgeous artwork on the walls -The pool area is gorgeous with a warm pool and light show at night. We really enjoyed our stay. -staff was very pleasant and helpful -nice view of the lake -free late check out -close to stores food but you need a car to get around. Cons-Excessive noises that came from above us. We were on the 3rd floor and whoever was above us made extremely loud banging noises all afternoon and middle of the night. -No one answers the phone for housekeeping or front desk from the room phone so we had to actually call from our cell phones to get an answer from the front desk. -at the gym they didn't have any cleaning supplies to clean the equipment

Check in was very smooth, the employee who checked me in was so nice and made me feel welcome. The beds are buttery soft, the room is impeccably clean, the shower is nice and hot with amazing water pressure! The shower amenities smell so amazing as well! Great property!!! Beautiful!!!! The kitchen could be open more… the front desk staff has zero clue what is going on. I currently have $300 in pending charges that are incorrect and no one is able to reach out to me until Monday. Make sure to keep all of your receipts from this place. Thankfully I did. The other downfall is the walls are very thin you can hear EVERYTHING in all rooms surrounding yours. Beds and pillows are amazing, rooms are fantastic and very clean, it also feels very safe! I would stay here again despite the lack of accountability, reliability and friendliness at the front desk.

I only wish the restaurant was more inviting. I wanted to eat in last night but every time I visit, the restaurant looks so uninviting. It’s always so dark and gloomy. Maybe a little arrangement in the middle of the tables would make it feel more welcoming and a little more lighting.

Really quiet and nice location. Nice bar and menu was great. We ate breakfast three mornings and dinner twice. Keith at the bar in the evening was great! I’d say the morning staff could use some help. Even if to fill coffee cups or take orders while the other delivers. Would be nice if the gym had a leg press. Pool was lovely.
