“New property was only open a month when I stayed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location in a nice quiet walkable neighborhood. Room was clean but a little more attention to detail would be great. I sanitize wherever I stay so I probably notice little things while doing so. Parking was a breeze. Will be booking there again in a couple months and will for sure check out the amenities pool/fitness center next time around.”

“The staff were all professional and very helpful to meet our needs. I would recommend staying here over the big name hotels, any day! The room was clean, great kitchen and included all you need to cook a light meal...even pot/pan/plates/glasses/amd flatware! Everything was clean amd maintained. It was a bonus to do laundry on site and not return with dirty clothes. 10/10 recommend and will book with them on my next trip tp Houston!”

The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through……

“I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen.
