Listed as a luxury hotel, which it may be by Danish standards. Luckily, we had upgrade to junior suite with balcony, sofa and en-suite. If we had a standard room, it would have been far too small.
Breakfast adequate, all cooked well and it has a restaurant, pub and takeaway attached (which we didnt use) which were busy all the time. Seems popular for business users, and functions. We had to listen to music blaring from a wedding downstairs until 3am, when I complained. The hotel discounted our bill for the one nights disturbance, which was kind, but felt we should have been made aware when we booked, as with the charge of 4% for using a foreign credit card. None of this is mentioned by Expedia either.

The location was great, the breakfast was good but can be better in terms of the variety of the foods. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only thing I can complain is the cleaniness and the of the rooms.
However overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for a couple of days...

Hotel staff were friendly, knew my room number when I walked in the door. Breakfast was good, enough choices. Nice to have tea and coffee at all times in the lounge are. within walking distance to sights, restaurants and shopping. Reasonably quiet area but yet close to everything.

Nice hotel with friendly and efficient staff. However, it appears that the Danes do not expect hot weather (any more than those of us who live in the UK). The small fan was no real substitute for good air conditioning! However, the location was excellent - central and just round the corner from Nyhaven.

This is a no fuss modern hotel opposite Tivoli Gardens, the Central Station (cross the bridge to Malmo, worth the visit) and has the Hop on Hop Off stop just outside the hotel. The rooms and bathroom are a good size but as this is the city centre, make sure you get a room high enough up to keep out the traffic noise. We were on the 10th floor and occasionally were aware of the rush hour but this shouldn't put you off. We never ate in the hotel as we were too busy up and out enjoying the many cafes, bars, restaurants etc. Nyhavn is a must go to just to get a beer and watch life go by, its about 20mins from hotel through Stroget commercial precinct shops etc.
The concierge and all the front desk staff were extremely helpful and are to be commended. The hotel is well run overall.
We got a taxi in to the hotel which was about 300K if I recall but got the train back to the airport as the station is so easy to use and efficient. (We should have similar in UK!).
The Danes are pretty organised and this hotel is one of the taller buildings in the city so is also iconic for them.
Well worth the money, we may go back and take the kids this time just to enjoy Tivoli a bot more..

The hotel was in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the central train station, with lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops really close by.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. The breakfast was very good, and we were able to leave our bags in a luggage room at the hotel after checkout at no charge, which was really useful, as we had a late evening flight.
The room was small but a more than adequate size. It was quiet at night, and there were big windows which we had open to keep us cool. The only thing I would have liked to be different was the bathroom, as it was a wet room, and the shower wasn't that great.
Overall a very nice hotel, I would definitely stay there again.
