Treetops, Plenty of Space, but Needs Attention
Home was very nice and cozy, but....,Guidelines and restrictions were overwhelmingly introduced to the point of concern and undue stress before even arriving. Upon arrival I was anxious to make sure the AC and Thermostat were functioning within the first 2 hours of arrival, or I’d have to accept “AS IS”. Two issues: the grill was inoperable and seemed very unsafe...couldn’t reach the main gas line and the grill was falling apart. The refrigerator and freezer were cleaned with a cleaner/ product that tainted everything we put inside, ruining food, which cost us $. Ice maker produced ample ice, just couldn’t use it.
Otherwise, the property was great, location was great and the correspondence was great until I sent emails regarding the refrigerator. I’ve yet to hear from the company on that issue, although, they replied to try to assist with the grill the following day, which was too late as I cooked in the oven what I had intended to grill the first night.
