“Communication and location were great! A few recommendation to make future guests have better experiences: there were no wash clothes, there were only 5 hangers in the closet, the toilet handle kept coming unattached, there was only a Nespresso coffee maker but no pods. In addition, the listing showed that there was a washing machine/dryer. However they were down the hall and required payment. This should be made more clear in the listing. Thanks for a good stay!”

“I have no idea how this place got positive reviews. We sat at the gate for quite some time calling various numbers, trying to get someone to let us in. We were told the key would be on the desk and room in the right corner, no room numbers. We looked throughout the main area for a key on a desk. It felt like an odd museum, fairly clean but stuff everywhere, ornaments, statues, trinkets etc... The table was set very fancy, but not somewhere you feel welcome and can sit to eat, it was like a……

“Great place to stay outside of Vancouver! The place was spotless and in a beautiful home. The rental is a private bedroom and bathroom in a house with others sharing a kitchen, living space, etc, but the bedroom feels very private. Overall a great stay!”

“This is listed as a "luxury property" but we did not find it particularly luxurious. Our stay began by realizing that we had not received check-in information. Once received, it was very unclear as to which building on the property was the VRBO. Once inside the correct building, we did not know where our room was because none of the rooms were numbered. Another guest helped us find our room and told us that he had had the same problems finding the building and figuring out which room was his. ……
