“The home had great space and was in a convenient location but it does need some deferred maintenance. The AC didn’t work when I arrived and it didn’t cool off until nearly 5 hours after check in. We had to sit at a nearby Target and restaurant because it was 90 degrees in the home. Its just a little worn out and needs a few updates. There were so many bugs in the pool, it made it nearly impossible to enjoy. They need some type of skimming system back there. Other than the maintenance issues it...

“I was in Miami to help take care of my toddler grandson, who lives in the neighborhood. When rain put a damper on the outdoor activities we had planned, Patty's home was a great place to hang out and play. We really appreciated the high chair and pack-n-play! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured on Vrbo. I especially appreciated the real plants indoors and the delicious mangoes in the back yard. Highly recommend!”
