Dear 393catherinea, We deeply regret your difficulty to enjoy your trips. Your profile proves this, apparently no hotel or restaurant in the whole world pleased you: you evaluated them all with a 1. - The bathrooms work perfectly. Here it is normal to find two taps: one for cold water and another for hot water. Apparently you just opened the cold one... - The hotel has staff that speaks perfect English (people with whom you speak personally). 
 - Breakfast has a 9,8 out of 10 rate. As soon as you asked for butter the staff provided you some as we normally do with any guest and any requierement. - The person who was recommended to you was a chauffeur external from the hotel. You fixed a price and then you didn't want to pay (that's not good education). - You talked with the suppervisor all the time ; ) - The cockroach that you mentioned is just a lie that shows lack of clarity. 

It is a pity that you have not had the ability to understand the history and art that inhabits in our hotel. 
Unlike you, all our guests have this ability and appreciate our place very much.
