Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. The location was perfect not too far of a drive to the beach or you could walk 10mins since your only a few blocks from the oceanfront! Everything was perfect for our stay minus an inconvenient. While we were out at dinner a toilet had flooded the house and was leaking through the floors of the house. We had these giant fans that were drying out the carpet and the heat made our room up to 88 degrees the last 2 nights of our stay! I defiantly recommend this house to anyone assuming they took care of toilet issue, it was an easy 11/10 stay.
