This condo sits on the first floor of Mystic Harbor, a canalside complex with an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and a dock for your use. You'll be within blocks of restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment for all ages, and less than two miles from the broad expanse of Whitecap Beach.

Whether you choose to spend your days swimming, boating, or fishing, you'll find the perfect spot to unwind outside on the shaded balcony. Enjoy a view of the pool and a small bistro table for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, and sunset cocktails and card games.

Inside, you'll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly, and a wonderfully open layout. There's a well-equipped kitchen with every essential appliance, a large dining table, and TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

Overall a very nice unit with upgraded finishes. Disappointed that there was no hot tub as outlined in the listing. Would have looked at booking another place had we known as this was the case.

Perfect getaway
The only problem we had was the bathroom sink. The water sprayed all over the place. The shower was fantastic, we could not get any movies the last 5 days but the fridge and stove worked good

Why lie?
The place has some great features. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. My issues came about the day we arrived, no hot tub, no parking pass and no-one ever came to fix the sink. The agent told us the first night someone would be over to give us a parking pass and fix the sink. I called again in the morning. I was again told someone from their local team would take care of issues. They even asked permission for them to enter. We returned that night to find nothing changed. I called again and she apologized, said she would compensate us for all the trouble and once more said someone would be over. The hot tub is something they have been told about numerous times, bit they wont change the description, The condo is nice. If we were told that no-one was available to come fix the issues, we would have just used the kitchen sink and never call them. Instead of good communication, they just lie to get off the phone
