I honestly do not even know where to start. When we arrived I got a message asking to rate the cleanliness of the house. I rated it a 1.5 out of 5 and explained when we arrived we found a live roach, and another live insect. We also had huge dust ball and hair clump behind the dresser, but the most disgusting thing was that we found a used bloody tissue in a vase in the bedroom. It was after hours but they responded requesting pictures and explanation of the rating. I immediately sent multiple pictures and details about the house. They said they were sorry and that they would be addressing it. By the next afternoon, I hadn’t heard back about the issue, so I contacted them. They again said they were still working on it. We continued to find more live and dead bugs around and we noticed more issues, which I messaged them about. The baseboards were filthy. The refrigerator was dirty. The loveseat was broken. There was no access to the washer and dryer. One of the bathtubs was dirty and the drain wouldn’t close, even if we wanted to take a bath. The hot and cold water was reversed in the shower. The check in process was easy. The setup of the house is nice. The master area is separated from the other two bedrooms by the living room and kitchen. I also like the large driveway and the porch has a pretty view. Unfortunately, because the house was so disgusting and I am appalled that the management company has still NOT reached out to me to try and make the matter better after a week. I will NEVER stay at this location again. I will definitely let all of my friends and family know that I would NEVER recommend this place. The price is good, but not worth feeling like you’re staying in a place that is absolutely disgusting and you might have bugs crawling on you at night. (Yes, we did find a live spider in the bed.) We stay in rentals for vacations often. We are actually in another Vacasa this weekend (in a different city) which is wonderful.
